Projekt polega na rozproszonym instalowaniu kolektorów słonecznych w gospodarstwach domowych na terenach wiejskich oraz montażu na 6 budynkach użyteczności publicznej instalacji fotowoltaicznych. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i montaż instalacji kolektorów słonecznych (744 szt.) oraz instalacji fotowoltaicznych (6 szt) na terenie 3 gmin partnerskich: Somianka, Zatory, Brańszczyk. Instalacje solarne będą lokalizowane na posesjach prywatnych. Instalacje fotowoltaiczne na 6 budynkach użyteczności publicznej. Cele projektu: zwiększenie zdolności wytwarzania w gospodarstwach i instyt. publicznych gm. partnerskich energii odnawialnej, ograniczenie w gospodarstwach z gmin partnerskich nadmiernej emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza, pochodzących ze spalania konwencjonalnych źródeł energii, wzrost produkcji energii elektrycznej z nowych instalacji OZE w budynkach publicznych, wzrost produkcji energii cieplnej z nowych instalacji OZE w budynkach publicznych. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie 750 instalacji OZE, z czego 744 to instalacje kolektorów słonecznych, 6 instalacje fotowoltaiczne. Inwestycja będąca przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest przewidziana do realizacji w 2018 (rzeczowa realizacja). W roku 2016 poniesione zostały jedynie wydatki związane z przygotowaniem projektu (studium wykonalności oraz program funkcjonalno-użytkowy). W latach 2018-2019 rok planowane jest rozpoczęcie prac inwestycyjnych (zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych, kolektorów słonecznych, ). Zakończenie realizacji projektu nastąpi przed 31 grudnia 2018r. Oprócz powyższych działań zostaną wykonane 3 tablice informacyjne i 3 pamiątkowe dla wszystkich gmin partnerskich informując o zrealizowaniu projektu z udziałem funduszy europejskich oraz zadania związane z edukacją ekologiczną, przygotowaniem i rozstrzygnięciem przetargu. Grupą docelową stanowią mieszkańcy gmin: Somianka, Brańszczyk, Zatory. (Polish)

The project consists of dispersed installation of solar collectors in households in rural areas and installation on 6 public buildings of photovoltaic installations. The subject of the project is the purchase and assembly of solar collector installations (744 pieces) and photovoltaic installations (6 pcs) in 3 partner municipalities: Somianka, Zatory, Brańszczyk. Solar installations will be located on private property. Photovoltaic installations on 6 public buildings. Objectives of the project: increase the production capacity in farms and public renewable energy partner institutions, reduce in farms from partner municipalities excessive emissions of pollutants into the air from combustion of conventional energy sources, increase the production of electricity from new RES installations in public buildings, increase the production of heat from new RES installations in public buildings. As a result of the project, 750 RES installations will be created, of which 744 are solar collectors, 6 photovoltaic installations. The investment which is the subject of this project is planned to be implemented in 2018 (actual implementation). In 2016, only expenses related to the preparation of the project (feasibility study and functional-use programme) were incurred. In the years 2018-2019 it is planned to start investment works (purchase and assembly of photovoltaic installations, solar collectors, etc.). The project will be completed by 31 December 2018. In addition to the above, 3 information boards and 3 commemorative plaques for all partner municipalities will be carried out, informing about the implementation of the project with the participation of European funds as well as tasks related to environmental education, preparation and award of tenders. Le projet comprend l’installation distribuée de capteurs solaires dans les ménages des zones rurales et l’installation d’installations photovoltaïques sur 6 bâtiments publics. L’objet du projet est l’achat et l’installation de capteurs solaires (744 unités) et d’installations photovoltaïques (6 unités) dans 3 communes partenaires: Somianka, Zemory, Brańszczyk. Les installations solaires seront situées sur une propriété privée. Installations photovoltaïques sur 6 bâtiments publics. Objectifs du projet: accroître la capacité de production dans les exploitations agricoles et encourager les bâtiments publics partenaires en matière d’énergie renouvelable, réduire les émissions excessives de polluants dans l’air dans les municipalités partenaires résultant de la combustion de sources d’énergie conventionnelles, accroître la production d’électricité à partir de nouvelles installations SER dans les bâtiments publics, augmenter la production de chaleur à partir de nouvelles installations SER dans les bâtiments publics. Le projet se traduira par 750 installations SER, dont 744 capteurs solaires, 6 installations photovoltaïques. L’investissement qui fait l’objet de ce projet est prévu pour la mise en œuvre en 2018 (mise en œuvre effective). En 2016, seules les dépenses liées à la préparation du projet (étude de faisabilité et programme d’utilisation fonctionnelle) ont été engagées. En 2018-2019, des travaux d’investissement sont prévus (achat et installation d’installations photovoltaïques, capteurs solaires, etc.). L’achèvement du projet aura lieu avant le 31 décembre 2018. Outre les activités ci-dessus, 3 conseils d’information et 3 conseils commémoratifs pour toutes les municipalités partenaires seront mis en place, afin d’informer sur la mise en œuvre du projet avec la participation de fonds européens et de tâches liées à l’éducation à l’environnement, à la préparation et à la conclusion de l’appel d’offres.
