Projekt zakłada wymianę oświetlenia ulicznego na terenie całej gminy Międzyrzec Podlaski na energooszczędne typu LED oraz modernizację źródła ciepła na ekologiczne z biomasy (pellet) i wymianę oświetlenia na energooszczędne w budynku Gimnazjum w Krzewicy . Celem projektu jest ograniczenie zużycia energii finalnej oraz redukcja emisji CO2 i pyłów PM10 i PM2, których stężenie w okresie grzewczym przekracza normy środowiskowe. Energooszczędne i dopasowane do potrzeb oświetlenie drogowe oraz energooszczędne i tańsze ogrzewanie budynków użyteczności publicznej to cel, do którego dąży Gm.Międzyrzec Podl. Priorytetem dla władz gminy jest równomierna rekonstrukcja i wymiana i wydajne oświetlenia na terenie całej gminy oraz sukcesywna modernizacja tradycyjnych źródeł ciepła, które obniży koszty i spełni obowiązujące wymogi prawne. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia, w dłuższym horyzoncie czasowym, poza natychmiastowymi (bezpośrednimi) korzyściami dla mieszkańców gminy objętych zasięgiem oddziaływania projektu, wywoła liczne (pośrednie) konsekwencje: * powstaną infrastrukturalne warunki do rozwoju przedsiębiorczości, a co za tym idzie zatrudnienia i mobilności zawodowej mieszkańców, * infrastruktura techniczna jako podstawowa płaszczyzna rozwoju przedsiębiorczości będzie zapobiegała marginalizacji społecznej i ekonomicznej społeczności lokalnej, wynikającej z jej zamieszkania w jednym z województw o najniższych wskaźnikach makroekonomicznych w kraju tym dochodu "per capita" mieszkańca, * na obszarze oddziaływania projektu poprawie ulegną warunki sprzyjające przyrostowi osadnictwa, * wzrośnie wartość nieruchomości i gruntów zlokalizowanych na obszarze bezpośredniego oddziaływania projektu, * planowane przedsięwzięcie stanowiąc infrastrukturalną bazę rozwojową będzie dawało impuls inwestycyjny dla władz gminy, lokalnych przedsiębiorców i potencjalnych inwestorów zewnętrznych.roczne zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku w Krzewicy wyniesie 273,33 GJ/rok czyli 31,96%. The project involves replacing street lighting throughout the commune Międzyrzec Podlaski with energy-efficient LED type and modernisation of heat source with ecological biomass (pellet) and replacement of lighting for energy-efficient in the High School in Krzewica. The aim of the project is to reduce final energy consumption and reduce CO2 and PM10 and PM2 emissions, whose concentration exceeds environmental standards during the heating period. Energy-efficient and tailored road lighting and energy-saving and cheaper heating of public buildings is the goal pursued by Gm.Midzyrzec podl. The priority for the municipal authorities is the uniform reconstruction and replacement and efficient lighting throughout the municipality and the successive modernisation of traditional heat sources, which will reduce costs and meet the applicable legal requirements. The implementation of the project, in the longer term, apart from immediate (direct) benefits for residents of the municipality affected by the project, will have numerous (indirect) consequences: * Infrastructural conditions for the development of entrepreneurship, and consequently employment and labour mobility of residents, * the technical infrastructure as a basic area for the development of entrepreneurship will prevent the social and economic marginalisation of the local community resulting from their residence in one of the voivodships with the lowest macroeconomic indicators in the country of the country’s income “per capita” inhabitant, * on the area of the project’s impact, the project will improve the conditions conducive to the growth of settlement, * the value of the real estate and land located in the area of direct impact of the project will increase the value of land and land located in the area of direct impact of the project.
