Les tendinopathies du cheval sont l'un des motifs les plus fréquents d'interruption de carrière des chevaux. Elles ont un fort impact économique pour les professionnels. Avec 18000 emplois et 6500 entreprises, générant un chiffre d'affaires annuel de 1,3 milliards d'euros, en Normandie, la filière équine est un secteur économique emblématique de la Région, qui contribue à son rayonnement international.C'est dans ce contexte que la Normandie a investi dans le CIRALE (Centre d'Imagerie et de Recherche sur les Affections Locomotrices Equines), créé en 1999 et aujourd'hui internationalement reconnu comme centre d'expertise en diagnostic des boiteries et défauts de performance chez le cheval. Récemment, la Région a investi dans de nouveaux équipements et infrastructures pour le CIRALE, dans le domaine de l'imagerie sectionnelle (IRM, scanner) d'une part, celui de l'entraînement (piste, carrière) et de la réhabilitation (boxes et centre de physiothérapie « Kinesia ) d'autre part. Ces investissements permettent de réunir sur un même site un ensemble de moyens unique au monde dans un environnement exceptionnel par la diversité des disciplines de sport et de courses présentes dans la région Normandie.Le projet Tendinact vise à lever plusieurs des principaux verrous scientifiques en matière de prévention et de gestion des tendinopathies, tout en valorisant les équipements et infrastructures récemment mis en place par la Région au CIRALE, en attirant en Normandie des scientifiques de renom, parmi les meilleurs experts internationaux actuels dans le domaine de la recherche sur les tendinopathies, et en contribuant au développement de technologies non-invasives innovantes. Horse tendinopathies are one of the most common reasons for interrupting the career of horses. They have a strong economic impact on professionals. With 18000 jobs and 6500 companies, generating an annual turnover of 1.3 billion euros, in Normandy, the equine sector is an iconic economic sector of the Region, which contributes to its international influence. It is in this context that Normandy has invested in the CIRALE (Centre d’Imagerie et de Recherche sur les Affections Locomotrices Equines), created in 1999 and now internationally recognised as a centre of expertise in the diagnosis of lameness and performance defects in the horse. Recently, the Region has invested in new equipment and infrastructure for CIRALE, in the field of sectional imaging (MRI, scanner) on the one hand, training (track, career) and rehabilitation (boxes and physiotherapy centre "Kinesia) on the other. The Tendinact project aims to remove several of the main scientific barriers to the prevention and management of tendinopathies, while enhancing the equipment and infrastructure recently set up by the Region at CIRALE, attracting renowned scientists to Normandy, among the best international experts in the field of research on tendinopathies, and contributing to the development of innovative non-invasive technologies. Tendinopathien des Pferdes sind einer der häufigsten Gründe für eine Unterbrechung der Pferdekarriere. Sie haben erhebliche wirtschaftliche Auswirkungen für Fachleute. Mit 18000 Arbeitsplätzen und 6500 Unternehmen mit einem Jahresumsatz von 1,3 Milliarden Euro in der Normandie ist die Pferdebranche ein symbolträchtiger Wirtschaftssektor der Region, der zu ihrer internationalen Ausstrahlung beiträgt.In diesem Zusammenhang hat die Normandie in das CIRALE (Centre d’Imagerie et de Recherche sur les Affections locections Equines) investiert, das 1999 gegründet wurde und heute international als Kompetenzzentrum für die Diagnose von Lahmheiten und Leistungsmängeln bei Pferden anerkannt ist. Vor kurzem hat die Region in neue Ausrüstungen und Infrastrukturen für den CIRALE investiert, und zwar im Bereich der Sektionalbildgebung (MRT, Scanner) einerseits in das Training (Training, Karriere) und andererseits in die Rehabilitation (Boxen und Physiotherapiezentrum „Kinesia“). Das Tendinact-Projekt zielt darauf ab, mehrere der wichtigsten wissenschaftlichen Sperren für die Prävention und das Management von Tendinopathien zu beseitigen, während die kürzlich von der Region im CIRALE eingerichteten Einrichtungen und Infrastrukturen aufgewertet werden, indem renommierte Wissenschaftler aus der Normandie zu den besten internationalen Experten auf dem Gebiet der Tendinopathieforschung gezogen und zur Entwicklung innovativer nichtinvasiver Technologien beigetragen werden.
