Το έργο αφορά στην ψηφιοποίηση και αρχειοθέτηση του φυσικού αρχείου της Διεύθυνσης Δόμησης του Δήμου Αθηναίων. Η υλοποίησή του αποτελεί μονόδρομο για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της Διεύθυνσης και την παροχή ποιοτικών Υπηρεσιών προς τους Πολίτες και τις επιχειρήσεις, καθώς με τον τρόπο αυτό εξασφαλίζεται αφενός μεν η ακεραιότητα και η προστασία του αρχείου από φυσικές καταστροφές, αφετέρου δε η ευχρηστία της πρόσβασης στο περιεχόμενο του Αρχείου.Με την ολοκλήρωση της ψηφιοποίησης του Αρχείου και των υπηρεσιών φύλαξης και ανάκτησης που προβλέπονται στο πλαίσιο του έργου, θα είναι δυνατή η εύχρηστη αναζήτηση οικοδομικών αδειών και η πρόσβαση στο ψηφιοποιημένο υλικό, καθώς και η ανάκληση οποιουδήποτε φυσικού φακέλου.Το έργο έχει προϋπολογισμό 2.497.495,20 ευρώ, ημερομηνία έναρξης την 01/04/2019 και ημερομηνία λήξης την 31/12/2020. The project concerns the digitisation and archiving of the physical archive of the Department of Building of the Municipality of Athens. Its implementation is a one-way street for the proper functioning of the Directorate and the provision of quality services to Citizens and businesses, as this ensures the integrity and protection of the archive against natural disasters and the usability of access to the content of the Archive.With the completion of the digitisation of the Archive and the storage and recovery services provided for in the project, it will be possible to search for building permits easy to use, and to access any material, as well as the budget of the project. Le projet concerne la numérisation et l’archivage des archives physiques de la direction du bâtiment de la municipalité d’Athènes. Sa mise en œuvre est une voie unique pour le bon fonctionnement de la direction et la fourniture de services de qualité aux citoyens et aux entreprises, car cela garantit à la fois l’intégrité et la protection des archives contre les catastrophes naturelles et la facilité d’accès au contenu des archives.Avec l’achèvement de la numérisation des archives et des services de stockage et de récupération prévus dans le cadre du projet, il sera possible de rechercher les permis de construire de manière conviviale et d’accéder au matériel numérisé, ainsi que de retirer tout fichier physique.Le projet dispose d’un budget de 2 497 495,20 EUR, à partir du 01/04/2019 et se terminant le 31/12/2020.
