Časový harmonogram realizácie aktivít projektu (36 mesiacov) od januára 2018 do decembra 2020.Hlavná aktivita projektu s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom asistentov učiteľa pre žiakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením bude zameraná na činnosť 5 asistentov učiteľa zamestnaných na plný úväzok pre žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami so zdravotným znevýhodnením na základe odporúčaní na pridelenie asistenta učiteľa z centra špeciálnopedagogického poradenstva.Typ hlavnej aktivity: Aktivity prispievajúce k vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia žiakov a zabezpečeniu rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese.Hlavná aktivita projektu s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom členov inkluzívneho tímu bude zameraná na činnosť školského psychológa zamestnaného na plný úväzok a činnosť špeciálneho pedagóga zamestnaného na plný úväzok primárne pre žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami.Typ hlavnej aktivity: Aktivity zamerané na zlepšenie školskej úspešnosti žiakov vrátane žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami.Cieľ projektu: zlepšenie študijných výsledkov žiakov ohrozených školským neúspechom a utváranie vhodných podmienok pre vzdelávanie s dôrazom na uplatňovanie rovnakého prístupu ku vzdelaniu. Výsledok realizácie aktivít projektu a naplnenie cieľa projektu budeme sledovať a hodnotiť na základe klasifikácie žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno vzdelávacími potrebami.Cieľovou skupinou projektu sú žiaci so špeciálnymi výchovno vzdelávacími potrebami, sekundárnou cieľovou skupinou budú všetci ostatní žiaci školy.Merateľné ukazovatele projektu sú na základe našich skúseností reálne dosiahnuteľné – okrem faktorov, ktoré nedokážeme ovplyvniť – migrácia žiakov a iné nami neovplyvniteľné faktory.Projekt je v súlade so špecifickými cieľmi zodpovedajúcimi prioritnej osi č. 1 Vzdelávanie a výsledkami zadefinovanými v rámci špecifických cieľov. Timetable for the implementation of the project activities (36 months) from January 2018 to December 2020.The main activity of the project entitled “Supporting inclusion through teachers’ assistants for pupils with health disabilities” will focus on the activity of 5 full-time teacher assistants for pupils with special educational needs with health disadvantages based on recommendations for assigning a teacher’s assistant from the Special Educational Guidance Centre.Type of main activity: Activities contributing to equalising the disadvantage of pupils and ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process.The main activity of the project entitled “Supporting inclusion through the members of the inclusive team” will focus on the activities of a full-time school psychologist and the activities of a special full-time pedagogue primarily for pupils with special educational needs.Typ of main activity: Activities aimed at improving school success of pupils, including those with special educational needs. improving the learning outcomes of pupils at risk of school failure and creating the right conditions for education, with an emphasis on equal access to education. The result of the implementation of the project activities and the fulfilment of the project objective will be monitored and evaluated on the basis of the classification of pupils with special educational needs. The target group of the project are pupils with special educational needs, all other school pupils will be the secondary target group. Measurable indicators of the project, based on our experience, are realistically achievable – in addition to factors that we cannot influence – the migration of pupils and other unaffected factors by us. The project is in line with the specific objectives corresponding to priority axis 1 Education and results defined within the specific objectives. (English)

Calendrier de mise en œuvre des activités du projet (36 mois) de janvier 2018 à décembre 2020.La principale activité du projet intitulée «Soutenir l’inclusion par l’intermédiaire d’assistants d’enseignants pour les élèves souffrant de handicaps de santé» se concentrera sur l’activité de 5 assistants d’enseignants à temps plein pour les élèves ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux présentant des handicaps en matière de santé, sur la base des recommandations relatives à l’affectation d’un assistant enseignant du Centre spécial d’orientation pédagogique.Type d’activité principale: Activités contribuant à égaliser les désavantages des élèves et à garantir l’égalité des chances dans le processus éducatif.L’activité principale du projet intitulé «Soutenir l’inclusion par le biais des membres de l’équipe inclusive» sera axée sur les activités d’un psychologue scolaire à temps plein et sur les activités d’un pédagogue spécial à temps plein, principalement pour les élèves ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux. Activités visant à améliorer le succès scolaire des élèves, y compris ceux qui ont des besoins éducatifs spéciaux. améliorer les acquis d’apprentissage des élèves exposés au risque d’échec scolaire et créer les conditions propices à l’éducation, en mettant l’accent sur l’égalité d’accès à l’éducation. Zeitplan für die Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten (36 Monate) von Januar 2018 bis Dezember 2020.Die Haupttätigkeit des Projekts „Unterstützung der Inklusion durch Lehrerassistenten für Schüler mit Gesundheitsbehinderungen“ konzentriert sich auf die Tätigkeit von 5 Vollzeitlehrerassistenten für Schüler mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen mit gesundheitlichen Nachteilen auf der Grundlage von Empfehlungen für die Zuweisung eines Lehrerassistenten aus dem Sonderausbildungsberatungszentrum.Typ der Haupttätigkeit: Aktivitäten, die dazu beitragen, die Benachteiligung der Schüler auszugleichen und Chancengleichheit im Bildungsprozess zu gewährleisten.Die Haupttätigkeit des Projekts „Unterstützung der Inklusion durch die Mitglieder des inklusiven Teams“ konzentriert sich auf die Aktivitäten eines Vollzeit-Schulpsychologen und die Aktivitäten einer speziellen Vollzeitpädagogin in erster Linie für Schüler mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen.Art der Haupttätigkeit: Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Schulerfolgs von Schülern, auch von Schülern mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen. Verbesserung der Lernergebnisse von Schülern, die von Schulversagen bedroht sind, und Schaffung der richtigen Bedingungen für die Bildung mit Schwerpunkt auf gleichberechtigtem Zugang zu Bildung. Das Ergebnis der Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten und die Erfüllung des Projektziels werden anhand der Klassifizierung von Schülern mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen überwacht und bewertet. Die Zielgruppe des Projekts sind Schüler mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen, alle anderen Schülerinnen und Schüler werden die sekundäre Zielgruppe sein. Messbare Indikatoren des Projekts, basierend auf unserer Erfahrung, sind realistisch erreichbar – zusätzlich zu Faktoren, die wir nicht beeinflussen können – die Migration von Schülern und anderen von uns nicht beeinflussten Faktoren. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den spezifischen Zielen, die der Prioritätsachse 1 entsprechen. (German)
