V obci Jasov sa nachádza materská škola vo vlastnej budove v centre obce. Tá mala donedávna zriadené elokované pracovisko v oblasti obce, ktorú obývajú prevažne obyvatelia obce identifikujúci sa k MRK. Predmetom projektu je práve uvedené elokované pracovisko, nakoľko práve priestory sú na prevádzku materskej školy nevyhovujúce po všetkých stránkach jej činnosti, čo viedlo k jeho zrušeniu. Provizórne priestory elokovaného pracoviska boli značne zdevastované, nespĺňali hygienické štandardy a ich prevádzka bola vzhľadom na zlý technický stav nákladná. Tieto priestory boli už teraz kapacitne poddimenzované a populačný rozvoj v obci si vyžaduje vybudovanie nového elokovaného pracoviska školy. Rovnako tak je potrebné zvýšiť kapacitu bývalého elokovaného pracoviska základnej školy. V súčasnosti obec nedokáže vyhovieť všetkým záujemcov o umiestnenie ich detí do materskej školy z kapacitných dôvodov. Aj tento nevyhovujúci stav s obmedzenou kapacitou a nedostatočnou vybavenosťou spôsobuje, že sa deti z marginalizovaných rómskych komunít (podobne ako iné deti mladšie ako 5 rokov) často do materskej školy nedostanú, prípadne majú nepravidelnú dochádzku. Pre deti z MRK je obzvlášť dôležitá predškolská výchova a starostlivosť. Väčšina týchto detí vyrastá v prostredí, ktoré ich znevýhodňuje v osobnostnom napredovaní a životných podmienkach. Mnohé z nich nemajú osvojené hygienické návyky, prvky slušného správania sa a tak majú problém so začlenením sa do spoločenského života. Dôsledkom toho je aj narastajúce napätie medzi rómskou populáciou a majoritnou spoločnosťou, nakoľko sú z ich pohľadu problémoví a neprispôsobiví. Realizáciou projektu dosiahneme vybudovanie novej kapacity materskej školy v obci a dôjde k naplneniu hlavného cieľa projektu, t. j. zabezpečiť deťom v predškolskom veku kvalitný prístup k predprimárnemu vzdelávaniu a vytvoriť pre nich optimálne podmienky pre výchovno- vzdelávací proces. Hlavný cieľZabezpečiť deťom v predškolskom veku kvalitný prístup k predprimárnemu vzdelávaniu prostredníctvom vybudovania nového elokovaného pracoviska materskej školy čo zabezpečí rozšírenie kapacity pre predprimárne vzdelávanie v obci Jasov. Špecifické ciele:zabezpečiť dostatočné priestorové podmienky materskej školy.vytvoriť optimálne podmienky v rámci procesu výchovy, vzdelávania a starostlivosti pre deti so špeciálnym dôrazom na marginalizované rómske komunity. Uvedené špecifické ciele sú plne v súlade so špecifickým cieľom 6.1.2 Zlepšiť prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu vrátane vzdelávania a starostlivosti v rannom detstve v rámci OP Ľudské zdroje. Vytvoríme vhodné podmienky pre účasť detí z MRK v predprimárnom stupni vzdelávania, ktoré považujeme za kľúčové pri ich ďalšom osobnostnom a vzdelanostnom raste. Pre deti z MRK je nesmierne dôležité a to najmä v období ranného detstva v rámci ich socializácie a integrácie do spoločnosti získavať dôležité a cenné poznatky, ktoré nadobudnú počas predprimárneho vzdelávania. Okrem toho si osvoja základné hygienické návyky, prvky slušného správania a postupného začleňovania sa do spoločenského života. Mnohé z týchto detí žijú v žalostných podmienkach, čo má negatívny dopad na ich osobnostný rozvoj, vzdelanie a správanie. Aktivity projektuProjekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity Výstavba novej budovy materskej školy / elokovaného pracoviska, za účelom presunutia kapacity existujúcej materskej školy/elokovaného pracoviska. V rámci uvedenej aktivity sa uskutočnia nasledovné podaktivity:podaktivita 1: výstavba objektu elokovaného pracoviska materskej školy.podaktivita 2: dodávka a montáž interiérového vybavenia. Miesto realizácie projektuPozemok na výstavbu elokovaného pracoviska materskej školy sa nachádza na parcele KN-C 87/20 vo vlastníctve obce. Ten je situovaný vo výhodnej geografickej polohe širšieho centra obce. Harmonogram realizácie projektuHlavná aktivita projektu bude realizovaná v časovom horizonte 31 mesiacov od 03/2018 do 09/2020.Podporné aktivity projektu (riadenia projektu a publicita a informovanosť) budú realizované od 02/2018 do 10/2020.Celková doba realizácie projektu predstavuje: 33 mesiacov. In the village of Jasov there is a kindergarten in its own building in the center of the village. It had until recently established an eloked office in the area of the village, which is inhabited mainly by the inhabitants of the village identifying themselves to the MRK. The object of the project is precisely mentioned eloked workplace, as it is the premises for the operation of the kindergarten that are not suitable in all aspects of its activity, which led to its cancellation. The provisional premises of the eloked workplace were significantly devastated, did not meet hygiene standards and their operation was costly due to poor technical condition. These areas have already been capacitively undersised and population development in the village requires the construction of a new school’s eloked workplace. It is also necessary to increase the capacity of the former primary school office. At present, the municipality cannot accommodate all those interested in placing their children in kindergarten for capacity reasons. This poor situation with limited capacity and lack of facilities also means that children from marginalised Roma communities (similar to other children under 5) often do not reach kindergarten or have irregular attendance. Pre-school education and care is particularly important for children from CLLD. Most of these children grow up in an environment that puts them at a disadvantage in personal progress and living conditions. Many of them do not have hygiene habits, elements of decent behaviour and thus have difficulty in integrating into social life. This also results in increasing tensions between the Roma population and the majority society, as they are problematic and unadaptable from their point of view. By implementing the project we will achieve the new capacity of the kindergarten in the village and the main objective of the project will be fulfilled, i.e. to ensure quality access to pre-primary education for children of pre-school age and to create optimal conditions for the educational process for them. The main objectiveEnsure quality access to pre-primary education for pre-school children through the construction of a new secondary school office, which will ensure the expansion of the capacity for pre-primary education in the village of Jasov. Specific ciele:zabezpečiť sufficient space conditions of kindergarten.create optimal conditions within the process of upbringing, education and care for children with special emphasis on marginalised Roma communities. Those specific objectives are fully in line with specific objective 6.1.2 Improve access to quality education, including early childhood education and care, under the Human Resources OP. We will create suitable conditions for the participation of children from CLLD in pre-primary education, which we consider to be crucial for their further personal and educational growth. It is extremely important for children from CLLD, especially during early childhood, as part of their socialisation and integration into society, to acquire important and valuable knowledge acquired during pre-primary education. In addition, they will adopt basic hygiene habits, elements of decent behaviour and gradual integration into social life. Many of these children live in deplorable conditions, which has a negative impact on their personal development, education and behaviour. Project activities The project will be implemented through the main activity Construction of a new building of the kindergarten/collective workplace, in order to relocate the capacity of the existing kindergarten/collective workplace. As part of this activity, the following will be carried out podaktivity:podaktivita 1: construction of the building of the eloked workplace of the kindergarten.subactivity 2: supply and installation of interior equipment. The place of implementation of the projectThe land for the construction of the eloked workplace of the kindergarten is located on the plot KN-C 87/20 owned by the municipality. It is situated in a convenient geographical position of the wider center of the village. Dans le village de Jasov il y a un jardin d’enfants dans son propre bâtiment dans le centre du village. Il avait jusqu’à récemment créé un bureau eloked dans la région du village, qui est habité principalement par les habitants du village qui s’identifient à la MRK. L’objet du projet est précisément mentionné le lieu de travail eloked, car ce sont les locaux pour le fonctionnement de la maternelle qui ne sont pas adaptés à tous les aspects de son activité, ce qui a conduit à son annulation. Les locaux provisoires du lieu de travail eloked ont été considérablement dévastés, n’étaient pas conformes aux normes d’hygiène et leur fonctionnement était coûteux en raison de mauvaises conditions techniques. Ces zones ont déjà été capacitivement sous-dimensionnées et le développement de la population dans le village nécessite la construction d’un nouveau lieu de travail de l’école. Il est également nécessaire d’accroître les capacités de l’ancien bureau de l’école primaire. À l’heure actuelle, la municipalité ne peut pas accueillir tous ceux qui souhaitent placer leurs enfants dans la maternelle pour des raisons de capacité. Cette situation médiocre, dont les capacités sont limitées et le manque d’installations, signifie également que les enfants issus de communautés roms marginalisées (comme les autres enfants de moins de 5 ans) n’atteignent souvent pas la maternelle ou ne fréquentent pas de manière irrégulière. L’éducation et l’accueil préscolaires sont particulièrement importants pour les enfants issus du développement local mené dans le cadre du développement local. La plupart de ces enfants grandissent dans un environnement qui les désavantage dans le progrès personnel et les conditions de vie. Beaucoup d’entre eux n’ont pas d’habitudes d’hygiène, d’éléments de comportement décent et ont donc des difficultés à s’intégrer dans la vie sociale. Cela entraîne également une augmentation des tensions entre la population rom et la société majoritaire, car elles sont problématiques et inadaptables de leur point de vue. En mettant en œuvre le projet, nous atteindrons la nouvelle capacité de la maternelle dans le village et l’objectif principal du projet sera atteint, c’est-à-dire assurer un accès de qualité à l’éducation préprimaire pour les enfants d’âge préscolaire et créer des conditions optimales pour le processus éducatif pour eux. Assurer un accès de qualité à l’enseignement préprimaire pour les enfants d’âge préscolaire grâce à la construction d’un nouveau bureau de l’école secondaire, qui permettra d’accroître la capacité d’enseignement préprimaire dans le village de Jasov. Im Dorf Jasov gibt es einen Kindergarten in seinem eigenen Gebäude in der Mitte des Dorfes. Es hatte bis vor kurzem ein elokiertes Büro in der Gegend des Dorfes eingerichtet, das vor allem von den Bewohnern des Dorfes bewohnt wird, die sich der MRK identifizieren. Der Gegenstand des Projekts ist genau erwähnt eloked Arbeitsplatz, denn es sind die Räumlichkeiten für den Betrieb des Kindergartens, die nicht in allen Aspekten seiner Tätigkeit geeignet sind, was zu seiner Stornierung führte. Vorschulische Bildung und Betreuung sind besonders wichtig für Kinder der CLLD. Die meisten dieser Kinder wachsen in einer Umgebung auf, die sie im persönlichen Fortschritt und in den Lebensbedingungen benachteiligt. Viele von ihnen haben keine Hygienegewohnheiten, Elemente eines anständigen Verhaltens und haben daher Schwierigkeiten, sich in das gesellschaftliche Leben zu integrieren. Dies führt auch zu zunehmenden Spannungen zwischen der Roma-Bevölkerung und der Mehrheitsgesellschaft, da sie aus ihrer Sicht problematisch und unangepassbar sind. Durch die Umsetzung des Projekts werden wir die neue Kapazität des Kindergartens im Dorf erreichen und das Hauptziel des Projekts erfüllt sein, d. h. einen qualitativ hochwertigen Zugang zur Vorschulbildung für Kinder im Vorschulalter zu gewährleisten und optimale Voraussetzungen für den Bildungsprozess für sie zu schaffen. Das HauptzielDie Gewährleistung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Zugangs zur Vorschulbildung für Kinder im Vorschulalter durch den Bau eines neuen Sekundarschulamts, das die Erweiterung der Kapazitäten für die Vorschulbildung im Dorf Jasov sicherstellt. Spezifische ciele:zabezpečiť ausreichende Raumbedingungen des Kindergartens schaffen optimale Bedingungen innerhalb des Prozesses der Erziehung, Bildung und Betreuung von Kindern mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf marginalisierten Roma-Gemeinschaften. Im Rahmen dieser Tätigkeit wird folgendes durchgeführt: podaktivity:podaktivita 1: Bau des Gebäudes des elokierten Arbeitsplatzes des Kindergartens.Subaktivität 2: Lieferung und Installation von Innenausstattung. Der Ort der Durchführung des ProjektsDas Grundstück für den Bau des elokierten Arbeitsplatzes des Kindergartens befindet sich auf dem Grundstück KN-C 87/20 im Besitz der Gemeinde. Es befindet sich in einer günstigen geographischen Lage des größeren Zentrums des Dorfes.
