Investitor želi z izvedbo operacije komunalno opremiti degredirano industrijsko območje nekdanje železarne na južnem robu. Po naložbi bo to območje predstavljalo pomemben funkcionalni del celotne Poslovne cone Jesenice. Z operacijo bo podprta nadaljnja ekonomsko in okoljsko-prostorska rekonstrukcija Jesenic. Pripravljena bo projektna in investicijska dokumentacija, kupila se bodo zemljišča, izvedena bodo gradbena in obrtniška dela in geodetske storitve, gradben nadzor in spremljajoče aktivnosti. By carrying out the operation, the investor wants to equip the degredated industrial area of the former ironworks on the southern edge. After the investment, this area will be an important functional part of the entire business zone of Jesenice. The operation will support further economic and environmental reconstruction of Jesenic. Project and investment documentation will be prepared, land will be purchased, construction and craft work and surveying services, construction supervision and accompanying activities will be carried out. En réalisant l’opération, l’investisseur veut équiper la zone industrielle dégraissée de l’ancienne sidérurgie à la limite sud. Après l’investissement, cette zone sera une partie fonctionnelle importante de l’ensemble de la zone d’activité de Jesenice. L’opération soutiendra la reconstruction économique et environnementale de Jesenic. La documentation relative aux projets et aux investissements sera préparée, les terrains seront achetés, les travaux de construction et d’artisanat et les services d’arpentage, la supervision de la construction et les activités d’accompagnement seront réalisées.
