Vzrůstající počet osob předdůchodového věku a nesoulad jejich vzdělání a poptávky trhu práce vede ke zvyšující se nezaměstnanosti těchto osob. Realizací projektu pomůžeme snížit počet osob nezaměstnaných a evidovaných na ÚP ve věku 50-64 let. Poskytneme jim potřebné vzdělání vzhledem k požadavkům regionálních zaměstnavatelů v Libereckém kraji a umístíme úspěšné absolventy kurzu do zaměstnání. Cílem projektu je propojit nabídku a poptávku trhu práce. (Czech)

The increasing number of pre-retired people and the mismatch of their education and labour market demand are leading to increasing unemployment among these people. By implementing the project we will help reduce the number of people unemployed and registered at the ÚP aged 50-64 years. We will provide them with the necessary education due to the requirements of regional employers in the Liberec Region and place successful graduates in employment. The aim of the project is to connect supply and demand of the labour market. (English)
