Projekta mērķis ir palielināt privāto investīciju apjomu Mārupes novadā, veicot ieguldījumus komercdarbības attīstībai nepieciešamajā ielu un ceļu infrastruktūrā - pašvaldībai atbilstoši likuma “Par pašvaldībām” 15.pantam nodrošinot vienu no tās autonomajām funkcijām - pārbūvēt komersantu darbībai nepieciešamo ielu un ceļu infrastruktūru, bet komersantiem Ministru kabineta noteikumos Nr. 593 no 13.10.2015. noteiktajā termiņā attīstīt savu komercdarbību, radot jaunas darba vietas un veicot nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos. Projekta ietvaros tiks veikta ielu un ceļu satiksmei paredzētās infrastruktūras attīstīšana, pārbūvējot ceļu C-16 posmā no ceļa C-15 (Alpi-Dumpji) līdz Dzirnieku ielai, ceļu C-13 no Dzirnieku ielas līdz Stīpnieku ceļam, Dzirnieku ielu posmā no īpašuma Dzirnieku ielā 15 līdz Peronu ielai un ceļu C-15 posmā no C-16 līdz Stīpnieku ceļam. Plānojam, ka projekta īstenošanas rezultātā:1)ne mazāk kā 17 komersanti būs guvuši labumu no projekta ietvaros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā;2)komersanti, kas būs guvuši labumu no projekta ietvaros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā radīs ne mazāk kā 81 jaunu darba vietu;3)no projekta ietvaros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā labumu guvušo komersantu nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos sasniegs ne mazāk kā 3 554 933 eiro.Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 2 370 759,55 eiro, t.sk. Eiropas reģionālā attīstības fonda finansējums – 1 501 600 eiro.Projekts tiks īstenots no 07.07.2017. līdz 06.12.2018. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to increase the amount of private investments in Marupe region by investing in street and road infrastructure necessary for the development of commercial activities – by providing the municipality with one of its autonomous functions in accordance with Article 15 of the Law “On Local Governments” – reconstructing street and road infrastructure necessary for the operation of merchants, and merchants from the time limit No. 593 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 13.10.2015 to develop their commercial activities by creating new jobs and making non-financial investments in their own intangible investments and fixed assets. Within the framework of the project the development of street and road traffic infrastructure will be carried out by rebuilding the road C-16 from road C-15 (Alpi-dumpji) to Dzirnieku Street, the road C-13 from Dzirnieku Street to Stīpnieku road, Dzirnieku Street from property at Dzirnieku iela 15 to Peronu Street and road C-15 from C-16 to Stīpnieku road. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le montant des investissements privés dans la région de Marupe en réalisant des investissements dans les infrastructures routières et routières nécessaires au développement des activités commerciales — en fournissant à l’administration locale, conformément à l’article 15 de la loi sur les collectivités locales, l’une de ses fonctions autonomes — la reconstruction des infrastructures routières et routières nécessaires à l’exploitation des commerçants, et les commerçants pour développer leurs activités commerciales dans le délai fixé par le règlement ministériel no 593 du 13.10.2015, en créant de nouveaux emplois et en effectuant des investissements non financiers dans leurs propres investissements incorporels et immobilisations. Nous prévoyons qu’à la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet: 1) pas moins de 17 commerçants auront bénéficié des investissements réalisés dans le cadre du projet en infrastructures; 2) les commerçants qui ont bénéficié des investissements réalisés dans le cadre du projet créeront au moins 81 nouveaux emplois; 3) des investissements réalisés dans le cadre du projet, les investissements non financiers des commerçants qui ont bénéficié de l’investissement dans leurs propres investissements incorporels et immobilisés atteindront au moins 35 549 333 EUR.Le coût total du projet est de 2 370 759,55 EUR, dont. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Höhe der privaten Investitionen in der Region Marupe durch Investitionen in die Straßen- und Straßeninfrastruktur zu erhöhen, die für die Entwicklung kommerzieller Tätigkeiten erforderlich sind – indem die Kommunalverwaltungen gemäß Artikel 15 des Gesetzes über lokale Gebietskörperschaften eine ihrer autonomen Funktionen erhalten – die Straßen- und Straßeninfrastruktur wieder aufzubauen, die für den Betrieb von Händlern und Händlern erforderlich ist, um ihre Geschäftstätigkeit innerhalb der in der Kabinettsverordnung Nr. 593 vom 13.10.2015 festgelegten Frist auszubauen, neue Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen und nichtfinanzielle Investitionen in ihre eigenen immateriellen Investitionen und Sachanlagen zu tätigen. Wir planen, dass durch die Durchführung des Projekts 1)nicht weniger als 17 Händler von den im Rahmen des Projekts getätigten Investitionen in die Infrastruktur profitiert haben; 2) Händler, die von den im Rahmen des Projekts getätigten Investitionen profitiert haben, werden mindestens 81 neue Arbeitsplätze schaffen;3) der im Rahmen des Projekts getätigten Investitionen werden nichtfinanzielle Investitionen von Händlern, die von der Investition in ihre eigenen immateriellen Investitionen und Anlagevermögen profitiert haben, mindestens 3 554 933 EUR betragen.Die Gesamtkosten des Projekts betragen 2 370 759,55 EUR. Het project heeft tot doel het bedrag van de particuliere investeringen in de regio Marupe te verhogen door investeringen in straat- en wegeninfrastructuur te doen die noodzakelijk zijn voor de ontwikkeling van commerciële activiteiten — door de lokale overheid overeenkomstig artikel 15 van de wet inzake lokale overheden een van haar autonome functies te verschaffen — om de straat- en wegeninfrastructuur die nodig is voor de exploitatie van handelaren, te herbouwen, en handelaren om hun commerciële activiteiten te ontwikkelen binnen de in kabinetsverordening nr. 593 vanaf 13.10.2015, vastgestelde periode, waardoor nieuwe banen worden gecreëerd en niet-financiële investeringen worden gedaan in hun eigen immateriële investeringen en vaste activa. In het kader van het project zal de ontwikkeling van de infrastructuur voor straten en wegverkeer worden uitgevoerd door de weg C-16 te herbouwen van weg C-15 (Alpi-Dumpji) naar Dzirnieku straat, weg C-13 van Dzirnieku straat naar Stīpnieku weg, Dzirnieku straat in het gedeelte van eigendom op 15 Dzirnieku Street naar Peronu Street en weg C-15 van C-16 naar Stīpnieku weg.
