Projekta mērķis ir izveidot jaunas SIA "Glāzeri BT" ražošanas telpas un infrastruktūru "Priedēs" Piņķos, Babītes pagasta, Babītes novadā.Komersants darbojas lokšņu stikla formēšanas un apstrādes nozarē, un jaunizveidotā infrastruktūra tiks izmantota, lai uzņēmums paplašinātu savu saimniecisko darbību šajā nozarē, ieviešot efektīvu stikla lokšņu rūdīšanas - apstrādes procesu ar mērķi integrēties globālajās gatavās produkcijas piegāžu ķēdēs.Saskaņā ar apstiprināto būvprojektu tiks veikti šādi būvniecības darbi:Esošo ražošanas telpu pārbūve – 709.1 m2 Jaunu telpu būvniecība – 1795.4 m2, no kurāmRažošanas telpas – 1548.1 m2Administratīvo telpas un veikals – 247.3 m2Ņemot vērā ERAF atbalsta programmas nosacījumus, uzņēmums plāno saņemt līdzfinansējumu esošo ražošanas telpu (709,1 m2) pārbūvei un jauno ražošanas telpu (1548.1 m2) būvniecībai. Kopējā projekta ietvaros plānotā būvdarbu platība –2257.2 m2.Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 1 175 176.97 eiro, no kurām 1 057 894.29.00 eiro ir attiecināmās izmaksas, kuras ir paredzētas jaunās ražošanas ēkas būvniecībai un esošās ražošanas ēkas pārbūvei.ERAF finansējums tiek plānots 45% no attiecināmajām izmaksām 476 052.43 eiro apmērā.Projektā plānotās aktivitātes - būvdarbi ir uzsākti pēc projekta pieteikuma iesniegšanas CFLA š.g. augustā, jo SIA "Glāzeri BT" ir Babītes novada būvvaldē apstiprināts būvprojekts tehniskā projekta stadijā, uzņēmums ir veicis konkursu par būvniecības darbu veikšanu, izvēlējies būvuzņēmēju, ar kuru noslēgts līgums, un saņēmis būvatļauju. Ņemot vērā projekta skaņošanas laiku ar CFLA, tiek plānots, ka līgums ar CFLA par sabiedriskā finansējuma piešķiršanu tiks noslēgts 2017.gada janvārī, tādējādi Projektu tiek plānots realizēt 7 mēnešu laikā pēc līguma noslēgšanas brīža ar CFLA - līdz 2017.gada 31.jūlijam. L’objectif de ce projet est de créer de nouveaux locaux de production et d’infrastructures de «Glasersi BT» Ltd. «Priedes» à Pi’dish, paroisse de Babite, comté de Babite. Le coût total du projet s’élève à 1 175 176,97 EUR, dont 1 057 894,29 EUR sont des coûts éligibles, qui sont destinés à la construction du nouveau bâtiment de production et à la reconstruction du bâtiment de production existant.Le financement du FEDER est prévu pour 45 % des coûts éligibles de 476 052,43 EUR.Les activités prévues dans le projet — travaux de construction ont commencé après la présentation de la demande de projet à la CFCA en août de cette année, car SIA «Glāzeri BT» est un projet de construction approuvé par le conseil de construction de la municipalité de Babite au stade de la conception technique, la société a procédé à l’attribution d’un permis de construction, avec l’adjudicataire d’un contrat de construction. Ziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung neuer Produktionsstätten und Infrastruktur der „Glasersi BT“ Ltd. „Priedes“ in Piņïi, Pfarrei Babite, Kreis Babite. Der Händler ist im Bereich der Flachglasumformung und -verarbeitung tätig, und die neu geschaffene Infrastruktur wird genutzt, um ihre wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit in diesem Sektor durch die Einführung eines effizienten Prozesses der Glasbleche Temperierung und Verarbeitung zu erweitern, um in die globalen Lieferketten der fertigen Produkte zu integrieren. Die geplante Baufläche des Projekts beträgt insgesamt 2 257,2 m².Die Gesamtkosten des Projekts belaufen sich auf 1 175 176,97 EUR, davon 1 057 894,29,00 EUR förderfähige Kosten, die für den Bau des neuen Produktionsgebäudes und den Wiederaufbau des bestehenden Produktionsgebäudes bestimmt sind.Die EFRE-Finanzierung ist für 45 % der zuschussfähigen Kosten in Höhe von 476 052,43 EUR geplant.Die geplanten Tätigkeiten im Projekt – die Bauarbeiten sind nach Einreichung des Projektantrags bei der CFCA im August dieses Jahres begonnen worden, da die SIA „Glāzeri BT“ ein Bauvorhaben ist, das vom Babite Municipality Construction Board im Stadium der technischen Planung genehmigt wurde, und das Unternehmen hat eine Baugenehmigung abgeschlossen. Unter Berücksichtigung des Zeitplans des Projekts mit der CFCA ist geplant, dass der Vertrag mit der CFCA über die Gewährung öffentlicher Mittel im Januar 2017 abgeschlossen wird, sodass das Projekt innerhalb von 7 Monaten nach Abschluss des Vertrags mit der CFCA bis zum 31.
