Projekt rieši vybudovanie splaškovej kanalizácie a čistiarní odpadových vôd v obciach Oslany a Čereňany, tvoriacich Aglomeráciu Oslany (podľa Prílohy č. 7 Výzvy). Absencia funkčnej kanalizačnej siete patrí v oboch obciach ku hlavným environmentálnym problémom, ktoré sú nedoriešené už niekoľko rokov. Nedobudovanosť kanalizačnej siete v požadovanom rozsahu je limitujúcim faktorom ďalšieho rozvoja obcí a ohrozuje kvalitu životného prostredia v regióne.Cieľ projektu bude zabezpečený prostredníctvom 2 hlavných aktivít projektu: Výstavba 2 nových ČOV 2200 EO v obciach Oslany a Čereňany; Výstavba a rozšírenie splaškovej kanalizácie v obciach Oslany a ČereňanyV obidvoch obciach je stoková sieť vybudovaná čiastočne, v obci Oslany sú vybudované tri samostatné vetvy spolu v dĺžke 2,6 km, zvedené do 3 malých COV a dažďová kanalizácia pokrývajúc celú obec. V obci bude vybudovaná nová ČOV s kapacitou 2200 EO, do ktorej bude zaústená jednotná gravitačná splašková kanalizačná sieť v celkovej dĺžke viac ako 16,5 km. Dĺžka novovybudovanej stokovej siete bude 13 917 m.V obci Čereňany v súčasnosti nie je vybudovaná funkčná splašková kanalizácia, časť z projektovanej kanalizácie v rámci I. etapy bola začatá, nie je však funkčná. Dĺžka novovybudovanej kanalizácie v obci bude 9 910 m a bude zaústená do novovybudovanej ČOV s kapacitou 2200 EO.Realizáciou projektu dôjde k vybudovaniu kanalizačných sietí v celkovej dĺžke viac ako 23 km a tým k zabezpečeniu odvádzania a čistenia komunálnych vôd celkovo pre 4 100 EO predmetnej aglomerácie. Zároveň budú vybudované 2 nové ČOV v súlade so smernicou Rady 91/271/EHS a Nariadením Vlády SR 269/2010 Z.z..Projektom sa zlepší kvalita životného prostredia a života obyvateľstva ako i ochrana povrchových a podzemných vôd v oblasti povodia rieky Váh a jeho prítokov Osliansky a Čereniansky potok. The project deals with the construction of sewage sewerage and sewage treatment plants in the municipalities of Oslany and Čereňany, forming the agglomeration of Oslany (according to Annex No. 7 Challenges). The absence of a functional sewerage network is one of the main environmental problems in both municipalities, which have been unresolved for several years. The failure to complete the sewerage network in the required extent is a limiting factor for further development of the municipalities and threatens the quality of the environment in the region. The aim of the project will be ensured through 2 main activities of the project: Construction of 2 new WWTP 2200 EO in the municipalities of Oslany and Čereňany; Construction and extension of sewage in the villages Oslany and ČereňanyIn both villages is a sewer network built partly, in the village Oslany three separate branches are built together with a length of 2.6 km, ducted into 3 small COVs and rain sewerage covering the whole village. A new WWTP with a capacity of 2200 EO will be built in the village, where a uniform gravitational sewage network will be connected with a total length of more than 16.5 km. The length of the newly built sewer network will be 13917 m.The village Čereňany is currently not built functional sewage system, part of the designed sewerage within the I. stage was started, but it is not functional. The length of the newly built sewerage system in the village will be 9910 m and will be connected to the newly built WWTP with a capacity of 2200 EO. The implementation of the project will lead to the construction of sewerage networks with a total length of more than 23 km and thus ensure the drainage and treatment of municipal water for a total of 4 100 EO of the agglomeration in question. At the same time, 2 new WWTPs will be built in accordance with Council Directive 91/271/EEC and Regulation of the Government of the Slovak Republic 269/2010 Coll. The project will improve the quality of the environment and life of the population as well as the protection of surface and groundwater in the basin of the river Váh and its tributaries Osliansky and Čereniansky potok. Le projet porte sur la construction d’installations d’assainissement et de traitement des eaux usées dans les municipalités d’Oslany et de Čereňany, formant l’agglomération d’Oslany (selon l’annexe no 7 Challenges). L’absence d’un réseau d’assainissement fonctionnel est l’un des principaux problèmes environnementaux dans les deux municipalités, qui n’ont pas été résolus depuis plusieurs années. L’absence d’achèvement du réseau d’assainissement dans la mesure requise constitue un facteur limitatif pour la poursuite du développement des municipalités et menace la qualité de l’environnement dans la région. L’objectif du projet sera assuré par le biais de deux activités principales du projet: Construction de 2 nouvelles stations d’épuration des eaux usées 2200 EO dans les communes d’Oslany et de Čereňany; Construction et extension des eaux usées dans les villages d’Oslany et de ČereňanyDans les deux villages est un réseau d’égouts construit en partie, dans le village Oslany trois branches séparées sont construites avec une longueur de 2,6 km, conduits en 3 petits COV et des eaux pluviales couvrant l’ensemble du village. Une nouvelle station d’épuration d’une capacité de 2200 EO sera construite dans le village, où un réseau d’assainissement gravitationnel uniforme sera raccordé d’une longueur totale de plus de 16,5 km. La longueur du réseau d’égouts nouvellement construit sera de 13 917 m.Le village de Čereňany n’est actuellement pas un système d’égout fonctionnel, une partie de l’assainissement conçu dans l’étape I a commencé, mais il n’est pas fonctionnel. La longueur du système d’assainissement nouvellement construit dans le village sera de 9 910 m et sera reliée à la nouvelle station d’épuration d’une capacité de 2200 EO. La mise en œuvre du projet conduira à la construction de réseaux d’assainissement d’une longueur totale de plus de 23 km et assurera ainsi le drainage et le traitement des eaux municipales pour un total de 4 100 EO de l’agglomération en question. Dans le même temps, 2 nouvelles stations d’épuration seront construites conformément à la directive 91/271/CEE du Conseil et au règlement du gouvernement de la République slovaque 269/2010 Coll. Le projet améliorera la qualité de l’environnement et de la vie de la population ainsi que la protection des eaux de surface et des eaux souterraines dans le bassin de la Váh et de ses affluents Osliansky et Čereniansky potok.
