L'opération consiste en un atelier chantier d'insertion en artisanat d'art en vue de mettre en place une gamme de produits artisanaux, selon un design marqué d'une forte empreinte identitaire de la Martinique. Cette production est adossée à un programme de formation de 15 personnes en difficultés toutes salariées en insertion. 11 femmes composent le groupe des 15 participants. Il s'agit d'abord de mettre en exergue leurs talents manuellement puis d'introduire l'assistance numérique pour accroitre la qualité des produits et la rentabilité de l'activité. L'opération repose sur un troisième pilier l'accompagnement socio- professionnel qui doit permettre d'affiner le projet professionnel des participants et de lever les difficultés sociales à leur insertion. _Trois actions distinctes sont prévues pour y parvenir_ : *** La Formation des participants** *** La production** *** L'ASP** Le choix de l'ACI s'explique par la volonté affichée de sortir des personnes ayant un excellent savoir-faire et immédiatement employables, pour la mise en place et le fonctionnement : **d'un pôle mutualisé.** Un projet pour l'insertion et l'inclusion sociale de personnes en difficultés.
