Ziel des Projektes ist die Berufswahlvorbereitung. Die Schüler werden befähigt, rationale Entscheidungen für einen Erstberuf zu treffen. Durch das individuelle Eingehen auf die Bedürfnisse jedes Einzelnen, z. B. in Form von Einzelgesprächen bildet die individuelle Persönlichkeit der Schüler den Ausgangspunkt und das Ziel aller berufsorientierenden Bildungsprozesse. Das Projekt soll vom 13.08.2018 bis 05.07.2019 mit 45 Schülern durchgeführt werden. Durch die Praxisorientierung bekommen die Schüler der Klassenstufe 7 Einblicke in Verschiedene Berufsfelder. Es werden 3 Fachbereiche in den Werkstätten des bsw und weitere Bereiche über Exkursionen angeboten. (German)

The aim of the project is to prepare career choices. Students are empowered to make rational choices for a first job. Through the individual approach to the needs of each individual, e.g. in the form of individual interviews, the individual personality of the pupils forms the starting point and the goal of all vocational education processes. The project is to be carried out from 13.08.2018 to 05.07.2019 with 45 students. Through the practical orientation, students in grade 7 get insights into various occupational fields. 3 specialist areas are offered in the workshops of the bsw and other areas via excursions.
