Das Projekt "Einstieg Q Einstiegsqualifizierung in den Berufsfeldern Holz- und Farbtechnik" ist eine zielgerichtete Vorbereitung von Gefangenen auf eine Qualifizierung oder Ausbildung und damit verbunden einen besseren Einstieg in den beruflichen und persönlichen Alltag. Ziel ist das Erkennen von handwerklich-motorischen Fähigkeiten und Sozialkompetenzen in Vorbereitung zur Aufnahme einer Qualifizierung/ Modularen Ausbildung. Ebenfalls sollen die Gefangenen motiviert werden, sowohl persönliche und berufliche Perspektiven als auch ihre berufliche, regionale und soziale Mobilität, die in einem Beruf unabdingbar ist, zu entwickeln. Damit können die Gefangenen unter anderem noch gezielter als bisher in die Bildungs- und Arbeitsmaßnahmen der JVA integriert werden. Das wird perspektivisch dazu führen, dass es zu weniger Fluktuationen in den JVA – Maßnahmen (modulare Ausbildungen, Arbeitsbetriebe) kommen wird und die Teilnehmer mit gesteigerter Motivation die Lehrgänge/ Jobs absolvieren werden. The project “Entrance Q Entry qualification in the fields of wood and colour technology” is a targeted preparation of prisoners for a qualification or training and thus a better start into professional and personal everyday life. The aim is to recognise craft-motor skills and social skills in preparation for the start of a qualification/modular training. It is also intended to motivate prisoners to develop both personal and professional perspectives as well as their professional, regional and social mobility, which is essential in a profession. Among other things, the prisoners can be integrated even more specifically into the educational and work activities of the JVA. This will lead to fewer fluctuations in the JVA measures (modular training, workplaces) in the perspective, and the participants will take courses/jobs with increased motivation. (English)
