Voraussichtlich ab August 2019 soll der Opel Grandland X in Eisenach produziert werden. Dieses Modell wird auf einer für die Mitarbeiter neuen Plattform, der EMP2-Plattform gefertigt. Im Zuge der damit verbundenen Anlagen- und Prozessveränderungen muss eine Vielzahl von Mitarbeitern gezielt daraufhin geschult werden. Wir beabsichtigen, im Zeitraum vom 01.05.2019 bis 31.08.2019 für insgesamt 1.424 Mitarbeiter aus verschiedenen Bereichen On-the-Job-Training umzusetzen. Dies beinhaltet sowohl Training online, also an der Fertigungslinie, als auch offline, d. h. außerhalb der Fertigungslinie. Ziel dieses Projektes ist es, die Mitarbeiter im Zuge der dann abzuschließenden Umbau- und Umstrukturierungsaktivitäten auf ihr künftiges Tätigkeitsgebiet vorzubereiten. Alle Mitarbeiter kennen dann ihre Aufgaben und Arbeitsabläufe und wissen, wie sie diese ab Produktionstart umsetzen. Das Training wird innerhalb des Werkes Eisenach durchgeführt. Tatsächlich fand das Training mit 1.150 Teilnehmern mit jeweils 115 Stunden statt. (German)

The Opel Grandland X is expected to be produced in Eisenach from August 2019. This model is manufactured on a new platform for employees, the EMP2 platform. In the course of the associated plant and process changes, a large number of employees need to be trained accordingly. In the period from 01.05.2019 to 31.08.2019 we intend to implement on-the-job training for a total of 1,424 employees from different areas. This includes training online, i.e. at the production line, as well as offline, i.e. outside the production line. The aim of this project is to prepare the employees for their future field of activity in the course of the conversion and restructuring activities to be completed. All employees will then know their tasks and workflows and know how to implement them from the start of production. The training is carried out within the Eisenach plant. In fact, the training took place with 1,150 participants with 115 hours each. (English)
