C plus A - Chance plus Arbeit C plus A soll langzeitarbeitslosen Kundinnen und Kunden (gem. den Förderrichtlinien) helfen, wieder auf dem ersten Arbeitsmarkt Fuß zu fassen, und das am besten nachhaltig. Ziel soll ein eigenbestimmtes Leben, ausserhalb der Hilfebedürftigkeit sein. Durch das gezielte Zusammenwirken aller beteiligten Akteure, vom BAQ über den Coach mit der/dem Kundin/en und dem Arbeitgeber, sollen hierfür optimale Bedingungen für die genannte Zielerreichung geschaffen werden. Hierzu zählt die passgenaue Stellenakquise und die Beratung des Arbeitgebers, die Begleitung der Kunden durch den Coach zur Stabilisierung und auch Qualifizierungen. (German)

C plus A — Chance plus work C plus A is meant to help long-term unemployed customers (according to the funding guidelines) get back on the first job market, and this is best sustainable. The goal should be a self-determined life, outside the need for help. Through the targeted interaction of all involved actors, from the BAQ to the coach with the customer and the employer, the aim is to create optimal conditions for the aforementioned achievement of objectives. These include the tailor-made job acquisition and the advice of the employer, the support of the customer by the coach for stabilisation and also qualification. (English)
