Ziel des Projektes ist die Berufswahlvorbereitung. Die Schüler werden befähigt, rationale Entscheidungen für einen Erstberuf zu treffen. Durch das individuelle Eingehen auf die Bedürfnisse jedes Einzelnen, z. B. in Form von Einzelgesprächen und Testverfahren bildet die individuelle Persönlichkeit der Schüler den Ausgangspunkt und das Ziel aller berufsorientierenden Bildungsprozesse. Das Projekt soll vom 07.08.2017 bis 29.06.2018 mit 77 Schülern durchgeführt werden. Durch die Praxisorientierung bekommen die Schüler der Klassenstufe 7 Einblicke in 10 verschiedene Berufsfelder, um grundlegend einen Überblick über den in mehreren Jahren auf sie zukommenden Arbeitsmarkt zu erhalten. Es werden die Fachbereiche (Metall, Elektrotechnik, Holz, HOGA, Büro/Verwaltung, Handel/Verkauf, Lager-Logistik, IT, Pflege/Soziales und Erziehung) praktisch vermittelt. Eine auf den Interessen des Schülers ausgerichtet Exkursion sowie die Durchführung der Potenzialanalyse Profil AC Sachsen (für die DWOS Werdau) sind weitere Projektbestandteile. (German)

The aim of the project is to prepare career choices. Students are empowered to make rational choices for a first job. Through the individual approach to the needs of each individual, e.g. in the form of individual interviews and test procedures, the individual personality of the pupils forms the starting point and the goal of all vocational education processes. The project is to be carried out from 07.08.2017 to 29.06.2018 with 77 students. Through the practical orientation, students at grade 7 get insights into 10 different occupational fields in order to get a fundamental overview of the labour market that will be coming to them in several years. The departments (metal, electrical engineering, wood, HOGA, office/administration, trade/sales, warehouse logistics, IT, care/social and education) are practically taught. An excursion focused on the interests of the student as well as carrying out the potential analysis Profile AC Sachsen (for the DWOS Werdau) are further project components. (English)
