    Le projet consiste à permettre aux personnes en difficulté d' insertion d'accéder aux postes d'accompagnateurs en restauration scolaire. Leurs missions sont polyvalentes puisqu'il s'agit à la fois d'assurer l'encadrement de l'enfant, de participer à son éducation, de veiller au bon déroulement du repas et d'organiser les temps de loisirs. Le public en insertion dispose d'habiletés et de compétences dont il n'a pas (ou plus) nécessairement conscience. Le projet porte sur une proposition de formation collective d'environ cinquante heures permettant de rétablir la confiance en soi et mobiliser les potentiels afin que les usagers puissent être préparés et soutenus dans leur reprise d'activité en tant qu'accompagnateur en restauration scolaire. Le cahier des charges du marché public détermine les divers temps d'action. Cette formation se déroule en quatre temps (option la plus complète) : \- Aide au recrutement (mobilisation, contexte/environnement métier, préparation à l'entretien d'embauche) et préparation au poste d'accompagnateur en restauration scolaire pour les personnes retenues (après le recrutement et avant la prise de fonction du 1er juin 2017) ; \- Aide à la prise de fonction (compréhension de l'environnement de travail, interlocuteurs, site,expériences de terrain) et retour sur les pratiques professionnelles pour les personnes en poste ; \- Obtention du CSP1 ; \- Obtention du 1er module du BAFA ; Ce projet est renouvelé depuis 2014, mais il fait bien l'objet de marchés spécifiques annuels.     The project consists of enabling people in difficulty of integration to access the posts of school catering accompaniment. Their tasks are multi-faceted, since it involves both the supervision of the child, the participation in his or her upbringing, the smooth running of the meal and the organisation of leisure time. The public in integration has skills and competences that they are not (or no longer) aware of. The project involves a proposal for collective training of about fifty hours to restore self-confidence and mobilise potentials so that users can be prepared and supported in their resumption of activity as a school catering accompaniment. The terms of reference for the public contract determine the various periods of action. This training takes place in four stages (the most complete option): \- Assistance with recruitment (mobilisation, context/business environment, preparation for hiring interview) and preparation for the post of school catering accompaniment for the persons selected (after recruitment and before taking up duties on 1 June 2017); \- Help with taking up duties (understanding the working environment, interlocutors, site, field experiments) and feedback on professional practices for incumbents; \- Obtaining the CSP1; \- Obtaining the first module of the BAFA; This project has been renewed since 2014, but it is subject to specific annual contracts. There is no forecast and commitment for future years. (English)
