This new 2019/2020 project follows on from 2016 to 2018 and co-financed by the ESF. Over this period 661 jobseekers from France benefited from a personalised career at the Cité des métiers. This project allowed jobseekers in situations of fragility and precariousness to benefit from enhanced support tailored to their problems. The most sought-after workshops demonstrate a need for this audience to work on both self-confidence, motivation and support for the choice of trades. The proposed in-depth advisory interviews and workshops cover these different dimensions. The most frequent workshops are those aimed at the professional exploration phase (Reply new professional tracks — Questioning the meaning of his work — Workshop 45 +) In addition, the logbook drawn up as part of this project and proposed to the beneficiaries during the advisory interview is a concrete benchmark, a roadmap that the participant informs over his or her journey to the city of trades in complete autonomy.
