Zielgruppe/ AnzahI der Teilnehmer/ Schularten: Die von der Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH durchgeführte Maßnahme Praxisnahe Berufliche Orientierung bietet 25 Schülern/-innen ab Klassenstufe 8, die entweder an einem Förderzentrum in det Werkstufe oder im Gemeinsamen Unterricht (GU) an einer Regel-, Gesamt- oder Gemeinschaftsschule oder einem Gymnasium lernen, eine individuelle Vorbereitung und Begleitung des Übergangs von der Schule in die Arbeitswelt. Maßnahmeziel und -inhalt: Die Maßnahme dient dem Kennenlernen berufsfeldtypischer Handlungsabläufe, Materialien und Arbeitstechniken sowie der Reflexion eigener Ressourcen und Möglichkeiten. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler setzen sich mit den Rahmenbedingungen des Maßnahmeortes auseinander und bereiten sich so auf die höheren Anforderungen der Arbeitspraxis vor. Dabei werden sie fachlich und pädagogisch begleitet. Einbindung in das Gesamtkonzept der Gebietskörperschaft: Die Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH und die ÜAG gGmbH arbeiten dafür in einem Verbund zusammen. Die ÜAG gGmbH wird als hauptverantwortlicher Maßnahmeträger benannt. Schüler aus Jena und dem Saale-Holziand-Kreis werden die Maßnahme in der ÜAG gGmbH und Schüler aus Saalfeld-Rudolstadt im Bildungszentrum Saalfeld durchführen. Das Angebot basiert auf der „Landesstrategie zur praxisnahen Berufsorientierung in Thüringen“ und wird durch die Schulförderrichtlinie aus Mitteln des Europäischen Sozialfonds finanziert. Berufsfelder: Die Auswahl der angebotenen Berufsfelder orientiert sich neben dem regionalen Arbeitskräftebedarf am „Trendatlas 2020“ für den Freistaat Thüringen sowie an der „Fachkräfteperspektive Thüringen 2025“ und entspricht den Förderkriterien der ESF-Schulförderrichtlinie. In folgenden Berufsfeldschwerpunkten bietet die Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH Praxiserfahrungen an: - Bauwesen, - Körperpflege, - Metall, - Holz/Papier, - Glas/Farben/Lacke, - Verkehr/Logistik Maßnahmeorte: Das Projekt wird in den Werkstätten, Fachkabinetten und Unterrichtsräumen der BZ Saalfeld GmbH an den Standorten Unterwellenborn, Maxhüttenstraße 14, 16 sowie in Saalfeld, K.-Kollwitz-Str. 2, Bahnhofstraße 6a bzw. Am Steiger 10 durchgeführt. Laufzeit: Das Konzept für die Durchführung der Praxisnahen Beruflichen Orientierung wurde für die Schuljahre 2017/2018 bis 2019/2020 bestätigt. Die Beantragung der finanziellen Mittel erfolgt separat für jedes Schuljahr, die Laufzeit für 2O17/22018 umfasst den Zeitraum vom 01.03.2018 — 31.07.2020. (German)

Target group/participants/school types: The practical vocational orientation measure carried out by the Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH offers 25 pupils from grade 8, who either learn at a promotion centre in det factory level or in the joint teaching (JU) at a general, general or community school or a grammar school, an individual preparation and support of the transition from school to the world of work. Objective and content of the action: The purpose of the measure is to get to know professional activity processes, materials and working techniques, as well as to reflect on their own resources and possibilities. The students examine the general conditions of the place of action and thus prepare themselves for the higher demands of work practice. They are accompanied professionally and educationally. Integration into the overall concept of the local authority: The Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH and ÜAG gGmbH cooperate in a joint effort. ÜAG gGmbH is designated as the main responsible measure provider. Students from Jena and the Saale-Holziand district will carry out the measure at ÜAG gGmbH and students from Saalfeld-Rudolstadt in the educational centre Saalfeld. The offer is based on the “Land strategy for practical vocational orientation in Thuringia” and is financed by the European Social Fund through the School Promotion Directive. Professional fields: In addition to the regional labour demand, the selection of the occupational fields offered is based on the “Trendatlas 2020” for the Free State of Thuringia and the “Specialist Perspective Thüringen 2025” and complies with the eligibility criteria of the ESF School Promotion Directive. The Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH offers practical experience in the following professional fields: — Construction, — personal care, — metal, — wood/paper, — glass/colours/paints, — transport/logistics The project will be carried out in the workshops, specialist booths and classrooms of BZ Saalfeld GmbH at the locations Unterwellenborn, Maxhüttenstraße 14, 16, as well as in Saalfeld, K.-Kollwitz-Str. 2, Bahnhofstraße 6a and Am Steiger 10. Duration: The concept for implementing the practical vocational orientation was confirmed for the school years 2017/2018 to 2019/2020. The application for funding is made separately for each school year and the duration for 2O17/22018 covers the period from 01.03.2018-31.07.2020. (English)
