    Strukturelle & digitale Veränderungen stellen das neu fusionierte Klinikum Aschaffenburg-Alzenau vor große Herausforderungen. Besonders den ungleichen Entwicklungsständen der beiden Standorte & deren MA in Bezug auf Digitalisierung gilt es zu begegnen. Bereits vorhandene MA-Potentiale & Strukturen machen eine Weiterentwicklung auf Basis der digitalen Inklusion zur gewinnbringenden Strategie, wobei ein Von- & Miteinanderlernen unterschiedlich medienkompetenter MA im Zentrum steht. Ziel ist eine Angleichung der Kompetenzen & Strukturen. Durch die durchzuführenden Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen soll es gelingen, Digitalisierung einheitlich & erfolgreich zu implementieren & eine hohe Akzeptanz bei den MA zu schaffen, Berührungsängste & Unsicherheiten sollen abgebaut werden. Neu zu entwickelnde PE-Maßnahmen & die nachhaltige Implementierung digitaler Technologien sollen zur Arbeitserleichterung & Optimierung der Gesundheitsdienstleistungen beitragen, wovon alle Akteure profitieren werden. The aim is to align competences and structures. Through the training measures to be carried out, the aim is to successfully implement digitisation & a high degree of acceptance by the MAs, fears of contact & uncertainties are to be removed. New PE measures to be developed & the sustainable implementation of digital technologies should help to make work easier & optimise health services, which will benefit all stakeholders. (English)
