6 Netzwerkpartner setzen in 4 Stadtteilen zum Nutzen für die Zielgruppen (ZG) je ein Teilprojekt bzw. ein gemeinsames Proj. um. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Anforderungen wie Integration von langzeitarbeitslosen Frauen/Männern, Alleinerziehenden u. Personen mit Migrationshintergrund sowie die Stärkung der lok. Ökonomie. Vorgesehen ist u. a. die Schaffung von 2 Beratungszentren vor Ort in den Zielgebieten. In diesen Anlaufstellen erhalten ZG Bildungs-/Qualifizierungsangebote, Informationen zu freien AP, Bewerbungscoaching, Angebote zur Weiterentwicklung arbeitsmarktrelevanter Kompetenzen u. a.. Alle Teilprojekte streben eine erfolgreiche Integration der ZG in den Arbeitsmarkt/Ausbildung, abschlussorientierte Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen sowie Stärkung der lok. Ökonomie an. Die vernetzten Projektaktivitäten sollen die individuellen Problemlagen der ZG verbessern, Teilhabe ermöglichen, Bedingungen für eine nachhaltige Integration in Beschäftigung schaffen u. Segregationstendenzen entgegenwirken. (German)

6 network partners implement a subproject or a joint project in 4 districts for the benefit of the target groups (ZG). The focus is on requirements such as the integration of long-term unemployed women/men, single parents and persons with a migrant background and the strengthening of the lok. Economics. This will include the creation of 2 on-site advisory centres in the target areas. These contact points provide training/qualification offers, information on free AP, application coaching, offers for the further development of labour market-relevant skills, etc. All sub-projects aim at successfully integrating the IG into the labour market/training, completion-oriented qualification measures and strengthening the lok. Economics. The networked project activities aim to improve the individual problems of the IG, enable participation, create conditions for sustainable integration into employment and counter segregation trends.
