Zur Sichererung seines Satzungsziels "Hilfe für Menschen in sozialen Notlagen" benötigt der Diakonieverbund DORNAHOF & ERLACHER HÖHE e.v. (DDE) langfristig gut qualifiziertes Fachpersonal. (German)

The DORNAHOF & Erlacher HÖHE e.v. (DDE) association needs well-qualified specialists in the long term to secure its statutory objective “help for people in social emergencies”. To this end, a holistic approach in the field of human resources and organisational development is being developed. Qualification modules enable managers to identify work-related and life-phase-related needs of employees (MAs) from career choices to leaving. They develop life-phase-oriented models and tailor-made instruments and integrate them into the human resources work systematised. This is complemented by a reverse mentoring that enables employees to connect to digital developments (either after break-out, part-time or if affinity on digital issues is low). Mentors are digitally affine young talents. (English)
