Die Planung und Durchführung des Projektes erfolgt nach den Fördergrundsätzen des ESF-BAMF-Programmes. Der Kurs richtet sich an Teilnehmer (Asylbewerber bzw. Arbeitslosengeld-II-Empfänger mit Migrationshintergrund), deren Sprachstand dem Niveau B1 des GER entspricht. Die Teilnehmer sollten entweder vorab einen Integrationskurs oder einen ESF-BAMF-Kurs für Asylbewerber A2-B1 besucht haben. Der Schwerpunkt des Kurses liegt dabei auf dem Sprachunterricht mit 460 UE (zzgl.. 10 UE Prüfung) sowie dem fachtheoretischen Unterricht, hauptsächlich in den Bereichen PC, Bürokommunikation und Bewerbungstraining mit 90 UE inkl. 3 Betriebsbesichtigungen zum Kennenlernen der Arbeitsorganisation in Deutschland. Komplettiert wird der Kurs mit einem abschließenden Praktikum von 152 Stunden. Dabei sollen die Teilnehmer aktiv den Arbeitsalltag erleben, sich darin einbringen und darüber hinaus erste Kontakte in die Wirtschaft knüpfen. Die Teilnehmer sollen in diesem Kurs ihren Sprach- und Wissensstand ausbauen, um ihre individuellen Fähigkeiten für die Aufnahme eines Jobs (z.B. Minijob, Tätigkeiten im Bereich allgemeine Dienstleistungen, soziale Einrichtungen oder selbständigen Tätigkeit) zu erweitern. Außerdem sollen verschiedene Berufsfelder vorgestellt werden, damit die Teilnehmer unter Berücksichtigung ihrer individuellen Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten gezielt nach Arbeitsmöglichkeiten (German)

The project is planned and implemented in accordance with the funding principles of the ESF-BAMF programme. The course is aimed at participants (asylum applicants or unemployment benefit II recipients with a migrant background) whose language level corresponds to the level B1 of the CEFR. Participants should have attended either an integration course or an ESF BAMF course for asylum seekers A2-B1 in advance. The focus of the course is on language teaching with 460 UE (plus. 10 UE Examination) as well as technical theoretical lessons, mainly in the areas of PC, office communication and application training with 90 UE incl. 3 company visits to get to know the work organisation in Germany. The course will be completed with a final internship of 152 hours. In doing so, participants should actively experience everyday work, participate in it and also establish initial contacts with the business community. The aim of this course is to increase their level of language and knowledge in order to expand their individual skills to take up a job (e.g. mini-job, general services, social institutions or self-employment). In addition, different occupational fields will be presented so that the participants, taking into account their individual skills and skills, are targeted by job opportunities. (English)
