    Das Transferprojekt „Trans-Net“ dient dem Transfer von bewährten Projektergebnissen aus zwei abgeschlossenen Projekten der BAM sowie dem Transfer von Modulen, Maßnahmen, Methoden, Instrumenten und Ansätzen zum Ausbau von Personalentwicklungsstrukturen & zur Erhöhung der Weiterbildungsbeteiligung in Bezug auf die Branche des Gesundheitswesens. Personalentwicklung kann zur Förderung von Veränderungskompetenzen beitragen, ermöglicht Begegnung über Berufs- & Abteilungsgrenzen hinaus & trägt zu einer Arbeit an der eigenen Haltung/Einstellung bei. Der Transfer soll dabei auf mehreren Ebenen stattfinden, zum einen in die Strukturen der beiden Projektnehmer SKK & Gütersloh & zum anderen in regionale & überregionale Strukturen anderer Krankenhäuser, die ebenfalls Veränderungen bewältigen müssen & ihr Personal in diesen Prozessen mitnehmen möchten (Stichwort: Mitgestaltung!). The transfer is to take place on several levels, on the one hand to the structures of the two project contractors SKK & Gütersloh & on the other hand to regional & supraregional structures of other hospitals, which also have to cope with changes & their staff in these processes (keyword: Co-creation!).
