Celem głównym projektu jest: modyfikacja programów kształcenia, uruchomionych i realizowanych w Wydziale Nauk o Zdrowiu i Wydziale Informatyki i Nauko Żywności na 3 kierunkach studiów, polegająca na prowadzeniu zajęć z wykorzystaniem metod i technik kształcenia na odległość, dostosowanych do potrzeb gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa; podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 120 studentów, studiów stacjonarnych i niestacjonarnych I i II st. i jednolitych magisterskich, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa, oraz wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podniesienie kompetencji kadr: dydaktycznych -30 os. - kom.cyfrowe,104 os. - kompetencje zarządcze; zarządzających (25 os.) - kom.zawodowe/zarządcze i pracowników administracji - 67 os kom.zawodowe/zarządcze do dnia 01.09.2023. Projekt będzierealizował trzy moduły: I,II i VI. Projekt zakłada realizację zadań: modyfikacja programów kształcenia na Wydziale Nauk o Zdrowiu i Wydziale Informatyki iNauk o Żywności w formule kształcenia na odległość, kursów, warsztatów, szkoleń i wizyt studyjnych u potencjalnych pracodawców w obszarze wzrostukompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych i analitycznych studentów (KD 23 i 24), podnoszenie kompetencji zawodowych, informatycznych/cyfrowych i zarządczych pracowników w obszarze zarządzaniaUczelnią, podnoszenia kompetencji dydaktyczno - naukowych w obszarze nauka na poziomie wyższym.Grupę docelową będą stanowić studenci PWSIiP w Łomży, studiówI, II st. i jedn.mgr, pracownicy dydaktyczni, zarządzający i administracyjni. Uczelnia nie składa wniosku w partnerstwie. Składa i będzie realizować projektsamodzielnie. Wdrażanie zadań i działań w projekciezostanie obligatoryjnie: poprzedzone bilansem kompetencji na wejściu i wyjściu, powiązane z co najmniej 12 m-cznym monitor. losu absolwenta będącego uczestnikiem projektu (KD 25). Zdobyte przez kadrę kompetencje zostaną wykorzystane w ramach prowadzonych zajęć ze studentami przez co najmniej jeden semestr - KD 27. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is: the modification of education programmes launched and implemented by the Health Sciences at the Department of Health Sciences and the Department of Science and Science at 3 courses of study, consisting of activities using training methods and techniques at a distance, adapted to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society; raising the professional competence of 120 students, both fixed and non-fixed studies I and II, responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society, and supporting organisational changes and improving human resources: − − − 30 os. Digital video, 104 — management responsibilities; managers (25 persons) — professional/management professionals and administrative staff — 67 professional/managerial staff by 01.09.2023. The project will be carried out by three modules: I, II and VI. The project involves carrying out the following tasks: the modification of education programmes at the Health Sciences at the Department of Health Sciences and the Department of Information Technology, in the form of distance education, courses, workshops, training and study visits to potential employers in the area of students’ professional, communication and analytical skills of students (KD 23 and 24), upgrading the professional, IT/digital competences and management of employees in the management of UPLATE, enhancing teaching and scientific competences in the field of science in the field of science in the area of the target group, will be students in the PWSIP students in Łomża, studentI, 2nd rank and single students, teaching, management and administrative students. The University does not make a proposal in partnership. It submits and works on its own. The implementation of the tasks and activities in the project will be compulsory: preceded by a balance of inflow and output competencies, associated with a minimum of 12 m-M monitors, and the fate of a graduate who is a participant in the project (KD 25). The competences acquired by the staff will be used in the course of the activities with students for at least one semester — KD 27. (English)
