Das 1811 in Rendsburg gegründete Unternehmen betätigt sich als Anbieter von Holz und Holz-Halbwaren sowie Bauelementen mit Kernkompetenz im Holzrahmenbau. Mit über 42.000 qm Betriebsgelände und guter Verkehrsanbindung ist das Unternehmen einer der traditionellen, regionalen Ansprechpartner der Branche. Ein großes Ausstellungsstudio rundet in Kombination mit einem Holzfachmarkt das Angebotsportfolio für einen Kundenkreis aus ganz Schleswig-Holstein und dem angrenzenden Süddänemark ab. Das geplante Vorhaben umfasst die Erweiterung der bestehenden Betriebsstätte um eine ca. 2.600 m² große Kragarm-Regallagerhalle sowie die Errichtung einer modernen Abbund-Produktionsstraße zur weiteren Vertiefung der bestehenden Kernkompetenz in der Fertigung von Bauelementen. Der Markt selbst stellt an den Holzgroßhandel hohe Anforderungen in Bezug auf Lieferbereitschaft und Lieferzeiten. Zur langfristigen Sicherung der eigenen Wettbewerbsposition bedarf es daher einer weiteren Ausweitung der vorhandenen Lagerkapazitäten. Darüber hinaus ist die Errichtung einer modernen PV-Anlage zur Eigenstromproduktion vorgesehen. Mit dem Vorhaben ist die Sicherung und Schaffung von Dauerarbeits- und Ausbildungsplätzen verbunden. Founded in Rendsburg in 1811, the company operates as a supplier of wood and wood semi-finished products as well as building elements with core competence in timber frame construction. With over 42,000 square metres of premises and good transport connections, the company is one of the traditional regional contacts in the industry. A large exhibition studio in combination with a specialised wood market rounds off the portfolio of customers from all over Schleswig-Holstein and the neighbouring southern Denmark. The planned project will include the extension of the existing plant by an approx. 2.600 m² Kragarm shelf warehouse as well as the construction of a modern joinery production line to further deepen the existing core competence in the production of components. The market itself places high demands on wood wholesalers in terms of readiness to deliver and delivery times. In order to secure its own competitive position in the long term, it is therefore necessary to further expand existing storage capacities. In addition, the construction of a modern PV system for the production of own electricity is planned. The project involves securing and creating permanent jobs and training places. (English)
