Der Vernetzungsgrad der lokalen Akteure soll im Bereich der Knochenheilung in Schleswig-Holstein auf wissenschaftlicher und früher F&E Basis teilweise gut ausgebaut sein. Jedoch birgt eine umfassende Quervernetzung auch und vor allem zu den Unternehmen mit besonderem Augenmerk auf alle Aspekte der Knochenheilung großes Potential, einen wirkungsvollen Technologie- und Wissenstransfer zwischen Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft zu unterstützen. Das Projekt Northopedics setzt auf diese Grundlage auf und zielt drauf ab diese strategisch und koordiniert auszubauen, Sichtbarkeit zu erzeugen sowie Forschung und Entwicklung voranzutreiben, um so Innovationen im Bereich der Knochenheilung in die Anwendung zu bringen. Zu den thematischen Schwerpunkten im Bereich der Knochenheilung gehören Oseoporose, Pseudarthrose sowie Knochenmetastasen und -infektion. Übergreifendes Ziel des Projektes ist die Etablierung von Northopedics, einem innovationsorientierten Netzwerk im Bereich der Knochenheilung. Das Projekt Northopedics soll durch Bündelung der im Life Science Nord vorhandenen Kräfte eine Stärkung und Systematisierung der Zusammenarbeit in der Zielregion bei der Behandlung sowie Erforschung und Entwicklung von Produkten, Technologien und Services im Bereich der Knochenheilung erzielen. Durch die Arbeit des Netzwerkes sollen klinische Bedarfe und Notwendigkeiten des Themengebietes identifiziert werden. Darauf aufbauend werden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Akteuren Lösungen erarbeitet, Innovationsvorhaben strukturiert und mittels entsprechender Kooperationen umgesetzt.Dabei geht es um die Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Ideen, Lösungsansätze, Produkte, Verfahren und Dienstleistungen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette im Bereich der Knochenheilung.Die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Realisierung der Ziele des Kompetenznetzwerkes ist mit der Einrichtung eines Netzwerkmanagements verknüpft, das das Netzwerk koordiniert und die folgenden Arbeitspakete operativ umsetzt. Zu den konkreten Arbeitspaketen, die das Management umsetzen soll, gehören die allgemeinen Netzwerk-Maßnahmen Organisation und Koordination des Netzwerkes, Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Internationalisierung sowie Marketing und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Zu den weiteren Arbeitsfeldern zählen Kompetenz-Mapping, Analyse von Trends und Bedarfen sowie die Projektierung von Verbundprojekten und Kooperationen. (German)

The degree of networking of local actors in the area of bone healing in Schleswig-Holstein should be partly well developed on a scientific basis and formerly F&E. However, comprehensive cross-linking also and above all with companies, with particular attention to all aspects of bone healing, has great potential to support an effective transfer of technology and knowledge between science and industry. The Northopedics project builds on this foundation and aims to strategically and coordinatedly expand it, generate visibility, and drive research and development in order to apply innovations in bone healing. The thematic areas of bone healing include oseoporosis, pseudarthrosis and bone metastases and infections. The overall objective of the project is to establish Northopedics, an innovation-oriented network in the field of bone healing. The Northopedics project aims to strengthen and systematise cooperation in the target region in the treatment as well as research and development of products, technologies and services in the area of bone healing by pooling the forces present in Life Science North. The work of the network aims to identify clinical needs and necessities of the subject area. Based on this, solutions are developed in cooperation with the stakeholders, innovation projects are structured and implemented through corresponding cooperations.The purpose is to support the development of new ideas, solutions, products, processes and services along the value chain in the area of bone healing.The implementation of measures to achieve the goals of the competence network is linked to the establishment of a network management that coordinates the network and implements the following work packages operationally. The concrete work packages that the management is supposed to implement include the general network measures organisation and coordination of the network, organisation of events and internationalisation as well as marketing and public relations. Other areas of work include competence mapping, analysis of trends and needs, as well as project planning of collaborative projects and cooperations. (English)
