Das Vorhaben dient zur Validierung der Forschungsergebnisse bezüglich des Condition Monitorings von Großgetrieben basierend auf in-situ Messungen mittels mechatronischer Maschinenelemente. Zur Schaffung der notwendigen Validierungsinfrastruktur soll ein Antriebselementeprüfstand der 350 kW Klasse inklusive der nötigen Messtechnik und weitere Komponenten zur Simulation realistischer Umgebungsbedingungen beschafft werden, um eine möglichst anwendungsnahe Validierungsumgebung zu schaffen. The project is used to validate the research results regarding condition monitoring of large gear units based on in-situ measurements using mechatronic machine elements. In order to create the necessary validation infrastructure, a propulsion element test bench of the 350 kW class, including the necessary measurement technology and other components to simulate realistic environmental conditions, will be procured to create a validation environment that is as close to application as possible.
