    Preparation of the Sustainable Food Industry cluster (working title): — Development of a start-up strategy and a first programme of activities — Recruitment of founding members and their integration into the programme design — Implementation of first workshops, definition of first priorities, start-up planning The Sustainable Food Industry cluster is to be founded in autumn 2019, according to the goal of Prof. Stephanie Hagspihl, Head of the Scientific Center for Nutrition, Food and Sustainable Supply Systems at the Fulda University of Applied Sciences. “With the cluster, we use and develop an elaborate, multi-successful format to promote innovation and strategy processes in the regional food industry,” says Prof. Dr. Stephanie Hagspihl (Department of Ecotrophy), who, together with Prof. Dr. Claudia Kreipl (Department of Economics), is the head of the ELVE Center and thus of cluster building.
