Mit dem Demonstrationsprojekt "Thermische Energieversorgung des Musikquartiers Kronberg" sollen bewährte Komponenten mit einem Eisspeicher kombiniert werden, um auf diese Weise eine besondere Energieeffizienz für den Konzertsaal Kronberg und das Studienzentrum zu erreichen. Schwerpunkt ist die Energiespeicherung (Kältespeicherung) über den Jahreszyklus. Dadurch sind sowohl die Erzeugung von Wärme im Winter als auch die Erzeugung von Kälte im Sommer besonders effizient und nachhaltig möglich. (German)

The demonstration project “Thermal energy supply of the Musikquartier Kronberg” aims to combine proven components with an ice storage system in order to achieve a special energy efficiency for the Kronberg concert hall and the study centre. The focus is on energy storage (cold storage) over the annual cycle. This makes the production of heat in winter and the production of cold in summer particularly efficient and sustainable. (English)
