Die Beilharz GmbH & Co. KG stellt Straßenausrüstung aller Art her - vom Leitpfosten, der Baustellen- und Verkehrsabsicherung bis hin zur Winterausrüstung. Durch den Einsatz einer elektrischen Doppelstation Hohlkörperblasanlage wird das Unternehmen in die Lage versetzt, handelsübliche Leitpfosten im 3-Schicht Verfahren herzustellen. Die mittlere Schicht, welche 60% des Endprodukts ausmacht, wird dabei aus recyceltem Kunststoff bestehen. Mit der Förderung wird der Rückbau bestehender Hallen und die Errichtung einer neuen Produktionshalle mit Bürogebäude, Lager- und Ladeflächen unterstützt. (German)

By using an electric double-station hollow-body blower system, the company is able to produce commercially available guide posts in the 3-layer process. The middle layer, which accounts for 60 % of the final product, will be made of recycled plastic. The support will support the dismantling of existing halls and the construction of a new production hall with office buildings, storage and loading areas. (English)
