Em resumo a presente operação pretende:-Expandir em quase 2 ha a ZI inicial, agregando a essa, através da realização de uma operação de loteamento conjunto, mais 9 lotes -Através de pareceria com a CAPITAL DOURO, criar um serviço de gestão conjunta da futura zona empresarial, e de prestação de serviços partilhados a todas as empresas aí instaladas, de modo a contribuir para a inserção daquelas em redes de cooperação e conhecimento.
