Las obras consistirán en la ampliación, de C1 a C2, del centro y reforma del edificio actual, mejorando sus condiciones de funcionalidad y habitabilidad. La presente actuación, y debido a la demanda de escolarización de la zona, hace necesaria la ejecución de esta obra que consistirá en la ampliación de un edificio anexo al existente para albergar los espacios educativos según la tipología de un C2, quedando incluida en esta intervención: la ejecución del gimnasio, ampliación del comedor y adecuación de los espacios exteriores. The works will consist of the extension, from C1 to C2, of the center and renovation of the current building, improving its conditions of functionality and habitability. The present action, and due to the demand for schooling in the area, makes it necessary to carry out this work which will consist of the extension of a building annexed to the existing one to house the educational spaces according to the typology of a C2, being included in this intervention: the execution of the gym, expansion of the dining room and adaptation of the outdoor spaces.
