Osnovni namen operacije Ovtarjev plac je v povezavi z infrastrukturnim urejanjem tržnice, ki poudarja vlogo Lenarta kot urbanega središča, omogočiti varen dostop do površin invalidom ter v s tovrstno ureditvijo podati možnosti za pričetek izvajanja vsebinskih aktivnosti za zavedanje pomena ohranjanja kulturne dediščine, samooskrbe, lokalno pridelane hrane, druženja, solidarnosti, kulturne ustvarjalnosti, zdravja in medgeneracijskega sodelovanja. The main purpose of the operation Ovtar plac, in connection with the infrastructural organisation of the marketplace, which emphasises the role of Lenart as an urban centre, is to provide safe access to areas for persons with disabilities and, through such arrangements, to provide opportunities for the implementation of content activities for awareness of the importance of preserving cultural heritage, self-care, locally produced food, socialising, solidarity, cultural creativity, health and intergenerational cooperation.
