Načrtuje se 54 mobilnosti slovenskih visokošolskih učiteljev na tujih visokošolskih institucijah. Projekt prispeva k uresničitvi ciljev neposredno z izvajanjem mobilnosti visokošolskih učiteljev, zaposlenih na UM, ki se bodo vključevali v neposredni (organizirani) pedagoški proces samostojno ali v sodelovanju s tujimi visokošolskimi učitelji na akreditiranih tujih visokošolskih institucijah v okviru akreditiranih študijskih programov, ki jih le-te izvajajo. Pomemben je prispevek projekta k prenosu strokovnih znanj, kompetenc, izkušenj in inovativnih praks, ki jih bodo pridobili visokošolski učitelji UM na mobilnosti v sodelovanju s tujimi visokošolskimi učitelji z bogatimi izkušnjami in visokimi pedagoškimi, raziskovalnimi in drugimi kompetencami, na najboljših visokošolskih institucijah v tujini, na domačo univerzo (domače okolje) v korist študentov UM. Prenos izkušenj bo vplivalo na izboljšanje kompetenc in vseživljenjsko širino visokošolskih učiteljev, na izboljšanje kompetenc študentov UM. (Slovenian)

54 mobility of Slovenian higher education teachers at foreign higher education institutions are planned. The project contributes to the achievement of the objectives directly through the implementation of mobility of higher education teachers employed at UM who will be involved in a direct (organised) pedagogical process either independently or in cooperation with foreign higher education teachers at accredited foreign higher education institutions in the framework of accredited study programmes carried out by them. An important contribution of the project to the transfer of professional knowledge, competences, experience and innovative practices acquired by UM higher education teachers on mobility in cooperation with foreign higher education teachers with extensive experience and high pedagogical, research and other competences, at the best higher education institutions abroad, to the home university (home environment) for the benefit of UM students. The transfer of experience will have an impact on improving the competences and the lifelong breadth of higher education teachers, improving the competences of UM students. (English)
