A Operação pretende regenerar, valorizar e qualificar a Rua Marquês de Pombal, fomentando novas funções urbanas numa área do centro urbano vital para a Cidade e para o Centro Histórico. A aposta na renovação da área de intervenção, tem como base um desenvolvimento urbano sustentável e integrado que, consequentemente, levará a uma reaproximação das pessoas ao espaço público urbano e à valorização do mesmo. The Operation aims to regenerate, value and qualify the Marquês de Pombal Street, fostering new urban functions in an area of the urban center vital to the City and the Historical Center. The focus on the renewal of the intervention area is based on a sustainable and integrated urban development that, consequently, will lead to a rapprochement of people to the urban public space and the valorisation of it.
