Namen projekta je ponovna vzpostavitev vseh procesov, ki jih podjetje mora izvajati za nemoteno poslovanje podjetja. Cilj projekta je ohranitev vseh trenutno 31 zaposlenih na delovnih mestih ter še povečanje števila zaposlenih, za katere se načrtuje, da jih bo na datum 31.12.2020 skupaj točno 34. S tem bo podjetju omogočen ponovni vstop na trg, izboljšanje uspešnosti delovanja v primerjavi s kriznim obdobjem ter ohranitev konkurenčnosti na domačem, čezmejnih in tujih trgih. Ta projekt bo omogočil tudi obstoj in delovanje podjetja Orglarstvo Škrabl d.o.o. in uspešno vključitev v tržne procese in ponovno komercializacijo proizvodov, vseh ostalih procesov in storitev podjetja. Cilji, ki jih bo podjetje s projektom uresničilo so zmanjšanje posledic izpada prihodka in poslovanja družbe Orglarstvo Škrabl d.o.o.; polno delovanje podjetja in ohranitev ter še povečanje delovnih mest, v primerjavi z obdobjem epidemije COVID19. The purpose of the project is to re-establish all the processes that the company must carry out for the smooth running of the company. The aim of the project is to maintain all the current 31 employees in jobs and to increase the number of staff planned to be exactly 34 as of 31.12.2020. This will enable the company to re-enter the market, improve its performance compared to the crisis period and maintain its competitiveness in domestic, cross-border and foreign markets. This project will also enable the existence and operation of the company Orglarstvo Škrabl d.o.o. and successful integration into market processes and the re-commercialisation of products, all other processes and services of the company. The objectives that the company will achieve with the project are to reduce the consequences of loss of revenue and operations of the company Orglarstvo Škrabl d.o.o.; the full functioning of the company and the preservation and further increase of jobs compared to the COVID-19 period.
