Las actuaciones a acometer dentro de esta operación son todas aquellas (planificación, definición de requisitos, definición de la arquitectura, análisis, diseño, construcción, integración, pruebas, implantación, gestión del cambio, gestión de defectos, gestión de la configuración, seguimiento y control,...) necesarias para: 1) Ampliar funcionalmente el sistema LIBRA dotándolo de nuevas funcionalidades (y de mejoras sobre las ya existentes) de las que actualmente carece: implementación del expediente electrónico, régimen de suplencias, nuevas plantillas,... 2) Asegurar la interoperatividad del sistema con otros sistemas de información evitando así el trabajo redundante de los usuarios que se ven obligados a acceder a múltiples sistemas de información. En concreto, podemos citar - Recursos Administrativos y Contenciosos (Sistema DIKE). - Denuncias e Incumplimientos (Sistema SIJUEP). - Documentos de Pago (Sistema SUR). - Registro Andaluz de Identificación del Animal (Sistema RAIA). - Notificaciones telemáticas (Nofific@) y registro de salida telemático (@ries). - Herramienta Centralizada de Verificación (HCV). 3) Mejorar la experiencia de usuario final de LIBRA, aumentando el rendimiento del sistema y simplificando la tramitación de los expedientes y dotando de más libertad al usuario. 4) Generar de forma automática y fiable las estadísticas oficiales así como los conjuntos de datos en formato abierto que se pondrían disposición de la ciudadanía y el cuadro de mandos destinado a la dirección de la Consejería. The actions to be undertaken within this operation are all those (planning, definition of requirements, definition of architecture, analysis, design, construction, integration, testing, implementation, change management, fault management, configuration management, monitoring and control,...) necessary to: 1) To functionally expand the LIBRA system by providing it with new functionalities (and improvements over existing ones) which it currently lacks: implementation of the electronic file, regime of substitutions, new templates,... 2) Ensure the interoperability of the system with other information systems, thus avoiding the redundant work of users who are forced to access multiple information systems. In particular, we can cite — Administrative and Dispute Resources (DIKE System). — Complaints and non-compliances (SYJUEP system). — Payment documents (SUR system). — Andalusian Register of Animal Identification (RAIA System). — Telematics notifications (Nofific@) and telematic output log (@ries). — Centralised verification tool (HCV). 3) Improve the LIBRA end user experience, increasing the performance of the system and simplifying the processing of the files and giving the user more freedom. 4) Automatically and reliably generate official statistics as well as open-format datasets that would be made available to citizens and the dashboard intended for the management of the Ministry.
