La Operación consiste en la contratación de los servicios de asistencia técnica a la Unidad de Gestión de la EDUSI, en sus funciones de apoyo a la gestión integral de la EDUSI, coordinación de las unidades ejecutoras, selección de operaciones y velar por el adecuado cumplimiento de la normativa nacional y comunitaria de aplicación, permitiendo llevar a cabo una correcta ejecución y certificación de los gastos subvencionables por el FEDER, así como asistencia técnica a las Unidades Ejecutoras en la definición y seguimiento de las operaciones. Todo ello, garantizando el respeto del principio de separación de funciones, tal como se desprende del artículo 72 del Reglamento 1303/2013. (Spanish)

The operation consists of the contracting of technical assistance services to the EDUSI Management Unit, in its functions of support for the integrated management of EDUSI, coordination of the implementing units, selection of operations and ensuring proper compliance with national and Community implementing rules, allowing proper implementation and certification of expenditure eligible by the ERDF, as well as technical assistance to the Implementing Units in defining and monitoring operations.
