    El proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de una aplicación web de ayuda al diagnóstico y tratamiento para podología y fisioterapia, utilizando los últimos avances en motores de inteligencia artificial y aprendizaje automático._x000D_ El sistema HIGEA aprenderá de los casos de uso introducidos por los profesionales y en base a los nuevos datos introducidos por los usuarios, podrá genera automáticamente un diagnóstico preciso y un tratamiento a seguir. Para ello el sistema se integrará con el ecosistema de dispositivos de hardware para el diagnóstico de enfermedades locomotoras con que cuenta el profesional en su clínica._x000D_ El reto tecnológico del proyecto es considerable. Supone crear una inteligencia artificial con capacidad para aprender y generar resultados óptimos, junto con una infraestructura tecnológica que sustente el sistema, con unos requisitos exigentes de disponibilidad, seguridad, escalabilidad, accesibilidad y tolerancia a fallos. En la actualidad no existe ningún sistema similar en el mercado, en el ámbito sanitario._x000D_ _x000D_ En definitiva, con este proyecto se pretende el desarrollo de una herramienta orientada a las necesidades del personal sanitario especializado en podología y fisioterapia que le permita el ahorro del tiempo en los diagnósticos obteniendo propuestas de diagnóstico y tratamiento médico veraces y fundamentadas en la experiencia. De esta forma se evita la necesidad de contrastar la opinión con otros profesionales o la realización de pruebas innecesarias agilizando en servicio que se presta a los pacientes (Spanish)

For this purpose the system will be integrated with the ecosystem of hardware devices for the diagnosis of locomotive diseases that the professional has in his clinic._x000D_ The technological challenge of the project is considerable. It means creating an artificial intelligence with the ability to learn and generate optimal results, along with a technological infrastructure that supports the system, with demanding requirements of availability, safety, scalability, accessibility and failure tolerance. At present, there is no similar system in the market, in the field of health._x000D_ _x000D_ In short, this project aims to develop a tool geared to the needs of healthcare personnel specialised in podiatry and physiotherapy that will allow them to save time in diagnostics obtaining reliable medical diagnosis and treatment proposals based on experience. This avoids the need to contrast opinion with other professionals or to perform unnecessary tests by speeding up the service provided to patients (English)
