EL CONSUMO DE MEDIOS DIGITALES POR PARTE DE TODOS LOS SECTORES DE LA CIUDADANIA SE HA CONVERTIDO EN EL ULTIMO DECENIO EN UN FENOMENO UNIVERSAL DE ENORME IMPACTO SOCIAL, FAMILIAR Y PERSONAL EN TODOS LOS CONTEXTOS VITALES: OCIO, TRABAJO, EDUCACION¿ LOS ORGANISMOS INTERNACIONALES (UNESCO, ONU, UNICEF, CONSEJO DE EUROPA, PARLAMENTO EUROPEO) HAN MOSTRADO EN LOS ULTIMOS AÑOS UNA ESPECIAL PREOCUPACION POR LOS CAMBIOS QUE ESTOS MEDIOS EMERGENTES, DE CARACTER INTERACTIVO, ESTAN GENERANDO EN LA POBLACION Y HAN ELABORADO DIRECTRICES Y RECOMENDACIONES PARA SU IMPLEMENTACION EN LOS DIFERENTES PAISES. LA INVESTIGACION CIENTIFICA EN ESTE AMBITO SE REVELA COMO ESENCIAL PARA ANALIZAR DE FORMA RIGUROSA Y SISTEMATICA LAS ACTITUDES Y COMPORTAMIENTOS DE LA CIUDADANIA EN EL USO DE ESTAS TECNOLOGIAS DIGITALES EMERGENTES (SMARTPHONES, TABLETS Y PHABLETS) POR PARTE DE DIVERSOS COLECTIVOS EN DISTINTOS CONTEXTOS, DE CARA A DETECTAR CARENCIAS Y PRACTICAS QUE DEBERIA ATENDER LA EDUCACION MEDIATICA Y PRACTICAS INNOVADORAS QUE HABRIA QUE POTENCIAR EN LAS ES-TRATEGIAS EDUCOMUNICATIVAS. ESTE PROYECTO COORDINADO SE PRESENTA COMO CONTINUACION Y PROFUNDIZACION DEL I+D ANTERIOR COORDINADO, DESARROLLADO EN LOS ULTIMOS CUATRO AÑOS, CON UNA ALTA PRODUCTIVIDAD CIENTIFICA NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL, QUE HA CONSEGUIDO CONCEPTUALIZAR EL TERMINO DE «COMPETENCIA MEDIATICA» COMO EJE CLAVE Y DINAMI-ZADOR DE LA INVESTIGACION EN ESTE CAMPO. EN EL NUEVO PROYECTO SE AVANZA EN LOS MEDIOS EMERGENTES DIGITALES, COMO CATALIZADORES DE LO AUDIOVISUAL Y LO INTERACTIVO Y SE PROYECTA TANTO A COLECTIVOS SOCIALES VARIADOS COMO A CONTEXTOS DIFERENCIADOS FORMALES E INFORMALES. ADEMAS EL ESTUDIO TENDRA REPERCUSION INTERNACIONAL A TRAVES DE LA RED EUROAMERICANA DE INVESTIGACION «ALFAMED» QUE SE HA CREADO EX PROFESO PARA LA PROYECCION DEL MISMO CON 11 PAISES IMPLICADOS DE AMERICA Y EUROPA._x000D_ EL SUBPROYECTO 1 SE FOCALIZA EN SECTORES POBLACIONALES PRIORITARIOS COMO LA INFANCIA, ADOLESCENCIA, JUVENTUD NO UNIVERSITARIA, PERSONAS MAYORES, ASI COMO PROFESIONALES Y PERSONAS ADULTAS. EN LAS NUEVAS GENERACIONES EL ESTUDIO ABARCARA TANTO LA EDUCACION FORMAL COMO ESPACIOS INFORMALES DE OCIO Y EL HOGAR, ESPACIO BASICO DE CONSUMO. EN SUMA, CON MUESTRAS ESTRATEGICAS DELIMITADAS, TANTO EN ESPAÑA COMO EN OTROS PAISES DE LA RED, SE PRETENDE INDAGAR SISTEMICAMENTE SOBRE LOS NIVELES DE USO Y CONSUMO CON LOS NUEVOS DISPOSITIVOS DESDE EL CONCEPTO MATRIZ Y NUCLEO GENERADOR DE LA COMPETENCIA MEDIATICA Y SUS DIMENSIONES E INDICADORES, PARA DIAGNOSTICAR BUENAS PRACTICAS Y SISTEMATIZAR ESTRATEGIAS SOCIO-PERSONALES DE ALFABETIZACION EDUCOMUNICATIVA.     IN A SOCIETY WHERE MOST COMMUNICATIONS ARE MEDIATED BY SCREENS, MEDIA EDUCATION IS ESSENTIAL TO GUARANTEE THE PERSONAL AUTONOMY OF CITIZENS AND THE HEALTH OF DEMOCRACY. IN THE LAST DECADE, THE CONSUMPTION OF DIGITAL MEDIA BY ALL SECTORS OF CITIZENSHIP HAS BECOME A UNIVERSAL PHENOMENON WITH ENORMOUS SOCIAL, FAMILY AND PERSONAL IMPACT IN ALL LIFE CONTEXTS: LEISURE, WORK, EDUCATION, THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS (UNESCO, UN, UNICEF, COUNCIL OF EUROPE, EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT) HAVE SHOWN A SPECIAL CONCERN OVER THE CHANGES THAT THESE EMERGING MEDIA, OF AN INTERACTIVE NATURE, ARE GENERATING IN THE POPULATION AND HAVE DEVELOPED GUIDELINES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THEIR IMPLEMENTATION IN THE DIFFERENT COUNTRIES. SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH IN THIS FIELD IS REVEALED AS ESSENTIAL TO RIGOROUSLY AND SYSTEMICALLY ANALYSE THE ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIORS OF THE CITIZENRY IN THE USE OF THESE EMERGING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES (SMARTPHONES, TABLETS AND PHABLETS) BY VARIOUS GROUPS IN DIFFERENT CONTEXTS, IN ORDER TO DETECT SHORTCOMINGS AND PRACTICES THAT SHOULD ADDRESS MEDIA EDUCATION AND INNOVATIVE PRACTICES THAT WOULD HAVE TO ENHANCE IN EDUCOMMUNICATION STRATEGIES. THIS COORDINATED PROJECT IS PRESENTED AS A CONTINUATION AND DEEPENING OF THE PREVIOUS COORDINATED R & D, DEVELOPED OVER THE LAST FOUR YEARS, WITH A HIGH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTIVITY, WHICH HAS MANAGED TO CONCEPTUALISE THE TERM “MEDIATIC COMPETENCE” AS A KEY AXIS AND DINAMI-ZADOR OF RESEARCH IN THIS FIELD. THE NEW PROJECT ADVANCES IN EMERGING DIGITAL MEDIA, AS CATALYSTS OF AUDIOVISUAL AND INTERACTIVE, AND PROJECTS BOTH TO DIVERSE SOCIAL GROUPS AND TO DIFFERENTIATED FORMAL AND INFORMAL CONTEXTS. In addition to the international impact of the EUROAMERICAN research network “Alfamed” which has been created for the design of the same with 11 countries of America and Europe._x000D_ The sub-project 1 is being carried out in PRIORITIAL POBLACIONAL SECTORS as INFANCE, ADOLESCENCE, YOUTH NOT UNIVERSITARY, MAY PERSONS, ASI AS PROFESSIONALS AND ADULTS PERSONS. IN THE NEW GENERATIONS, THE STUDY WILL COVER BOTH FORMAL EDUCATION AND INFORMAL LEISURE SPACES AND HOME, BASIC CONSUMPTION SPACE. IN SHORT, WITH DEFINED STRATEGIC SAMPLES, BOTH IN SPAIN AND IN OTHER COUNTRIES OF THE NETWORK, THE AIM IS TO SYSTEMATICALLY INVESTIGATE THE LEVELS OF USE AND CONSUMPTION WITH THE NEW DEVICES FROM THE CONCEPT OF MATRIX AND NUCLEUS GENERATING THE MEDIA COMPETITION AND ITS DIMENSIONS AND INDICATORS, TO DIAGNOSE GOOD PRACTICES AND SYSTEMATISE SOCIO-PERSONAL STRATEGIES OF EDUCOMMUNICATIVE LITERACY.
