    Partiendo del "Diagnóstico de la Zona de Especial Actuación del Asentamiento Chabolista del El Vacie" realizado en 2016, así como del censo del asentamiento ya elaborado; mediante la actuación integral y coordinada de cuatro áreas ejecutoras del Ayuntamiento de Sevilla ( DG de Patrimonio, DG de Acción Social, Coordinación General de Habitat Urbano y DG de Empleo) se implementará el Plan Integral del Vacie con los siguientes objetivos: a) Lograr mejorar las condiciones de vida de las personas que viven actualmente en el asentamiento (Población en situación de exclusión social) y b) transformación del espacio ocupado por el asentamiento, permitiendo la recuperación como zona verde para el área DUSI.
