    ESTE PROYECTO PRETENDE ANALIZAR DOS CONCEPTOS RELATIVAMENTE NUEVOS EN EL MARCO DE LOS RECURSOS HUMANOS. EN PRIMER LUGAR EL CONCEPTO DE ¿FORTALEZA¿, REFERIDO A LA PERCEPCION DE LOS EMPLEADOS SOBRE LA IMPLEMENTACION DE LAS PRACTICAS DE RECURSOS HUMANOS (PRH). ESTE CONCEPTO ESTA FUNDAMENTADO EN EL ARGUMENTO DE QUE LAS PRH POSEEN UNA INFLUENCIA CLARA SOBRE EL TRABAJADOR CUANDO SON PERCIBIDAS POR ESTOS COMO RELEVANTES, COHERENTES Y, ADEMAS, EXISTE UN ACUERDO POR PARTE DE LOS EMPLEADOS SOBRE SU PERCEPCION. EN SEGUNDO LUGAR, EL PROYECTO PROFUNDIZA EN EL CONCEPTO DE APRENDIZAJE EXPLORATORIO, EL CUAL HA SIDO AMPLIAMENTE ANALIZADO A NIVEL ORGANIZATIVO PERO NO TANTO A NIVEL DEL INDIVIDUO Y MUCHO MENOS EN SU RELACION CON EL COMPORTAMIENTO INNOVADOR. RESPECTO AL PRIMERO, LA LITERATURA TRADICIONALMENTE HA ANALIZADO EL EFECTO DEL CONTENIDO DE LAS PRH, CONSIDERADAS COMO UN CONJUNTO INTEGRADO, SOBRE LA INNOVACION Y LOS RESULTADOS ORGANIZATIVOS. SIN EMBARGO, EL TRABAJO DE BOWEN AND OSTROFF (2004) PLANTEA UNA NUEVA PERSPECTIVA AL INTRODUCIR LA IDEA DE QUE LA EFECTIVIDAD DE DICHAS PRACTICAS RESIDE, ADEMAS DE EN SU CONTENIDO, EN LA PERCEPCION QUE LOS TRABAJADORES TIENEN SOBRE SU APLICACION. _x000D_ ASI, EL PRESENTE PROYECTO PRESENTA DOS GRANDES PARTES O CUESTIONES DIFERENCIALES, QUE ACENTUAN SU CARACTER INNOVADOR Y QUE TODAVIA NO HAN SIDO DESARROLLADAS EN PROFUNDIDAD POR LA LITERATURA. EN PRIMER LUGAR, CON EL PROYECTO PRETENDEMOS ANALIZAR LA INFLUENCIA DEL CONTENIDO DE LAS PRH SOBRE EL COMPORTAMIENTO INNOVADOR DE LOS EMPLEADOS, ESTUDIANDO TAMBIEN EL EFECTO QUE DICHO COMPORTAMIENTO TIENE SOBRE LOS RESULTADOS DE INNOVACION EN LA ORGANIZACION. ADEMAS, PLANTEAMOS LA NECESIDAD DE CONSIDERAR LA IMPORTANCIA DE TRES NUEVAS VARIABLES QUE PUEDEN SER CLAVE PARA QUE SE DE LA RELACION ENTRE LAS PRH Y EL COMPORTAMIENTO INNOVADOR: EL APRENDIZAJE EXPLORATORIO INDIVIDUAL (SHIPTON ET AL. 2006) Y SU CARACTER MEDIADOR, Y LA PERCEPCION DE LAS PRH Y LA COMPARTICION DE CONOCIMIENTO CONSIDERADAS COMO MODERADORAS EN DICHA RELACION. _x000D_ EN SEGUNDO LUGAR, NOS PLANTEAMOS ANALIZAR EL FENOMENO DEL EMPRENDIMIENTO (PIEZA CLAVE DEL TEJIDO ECONOMICO E INDUSTRIAL, TANTO A NIVEL NACIONAL COMO INTERNACIONAL) Y SU RELACION CON LA INNOVACION, TANTO A NIVEL INDIVIDUAL (COMPORTAMIENTO INNOVADOR) COMO ORGANIZATIVO. EN PARTICULAR, ESTUDIAREMOS COMO LAS CARACTERISTICAS Y MOTIVACIONES DEL EMPRENDEDOR PUEDEN FACILITAN EL APRENDIZAJE EXPLORATORIO, SU COMPORTAMIENTO INNOVADOR Y, POR ENDE, GENERAR EN LA ORGANIZACION RESULTADOS DE INNOVACION._x000D_ ESTE PROYECTO PRETENDE REALIZARSE A NIVEL INTERNACIONAL Y ES NUESTRA INTENCION LA DE REALIZAR COMPARACIONES ENTRE LOS DISTINTOS PAISES PARA VER LA INCIDENCIA QUE FACTORES CULTURALES, ECONOMICOS E INSTITUCIONALES, PUEDEN TENER EN LAS RELACIONES A ESTUDIAR._x000D_ ESPERAMOS QUE LOS RESULTADOS QUE SE OBTENGAN NOS PERMITAN DEMOSTRAR QUE NO SOLO ES IMPORTANTE EL CONTENIDO DE LAS PRH, SINO QUE ES IGUALMENTE IMPORTANTE COMO ESTAS PRACTICAS SON PERCIBIDAS POR LOS EMPLEADOS. SI SE PERCIBEN DE FORMA COHERENTE PODEMOS ESPERAR QUE SE GENERE UN MAYOR COMPORTAMIENTO INNOVADOR POR PARTE DE LOS EMPLEADOS Y, POR ENDE, UNOS MEJORES RESULTADOS DE INNOVACION. TAMBIEN ESPERAMOS COMPROBAR QUE LAS CARACTERISTICAS DEL EMPRENDEDOR PUEDEN AFECTAR A SU COMPORTAMIENTO INNOVADOR Y, EN ULTIMA INSTANCIA, AL EXITO EN LOS PROYECTOS DE EMPRENDIMIENTO QUE ESTE DESARROLLE. REGARDING THE FIRST, LITERATURE HAS TRADITIONALLY ANALYSED THE EFFECT OF THE CONTENT OF PRHS, CONSIDERED AS AN INTEGRATED SET, ON INNOVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL RESULTS. HOWEVER, THE WORK OF BOWEN AND OSTROFF (2004) RAISES A NEW PERSPECTIVE BY INTRODUCING THE IDEA THAT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THESE PRACTICES LIES, IN ADDITION TO THEIR CONTENT, IN THE PERCEPTION THAT WORKERS HAVE ABOUT THEIR APPLICATION. _x000D_ like this, the present project presents two great parts or different questions, which accentuate your innovative face and that still have not been developed in profundity by the LITERATURE. FIRSTLY, WITH THE PROJECT WE AIM TO ANALYSE THE INFLUENCE OF THE CONTENT OF PRH ON THE INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYEES, ALSO STUDYING THE EFFECT THAT SUCH BEHAVIOR HAS ON THE RESULTS OF INNOVATION IN THE ORGANISATION. IN ADDITION, WE PROPOSE THE NEED TO CONSIDER THE IMPORTANCE OF THREE NEW VARIABLES THAT CAN BE KEY TO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PRH AND INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR: INDIVIDUAL EXPLORATORY LEARNING (SHIPTON ET AL. 2006) AND ITS MEDIATING CHARACTER, AND THE PERCEPTION OF THE PRH AND THE SHARING OF KNOWLEDGE CONSIDERED AS MODERATORS IN THIS RELATIONSHIP. _x000D_ in SECOND PLACE, WE WE ASSESS THE MANAGEMENT FENOMEN OF THE ECONOMIC AND INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY TECHNOLOGY, NATIONAL NATIONAL LEVEL AS INTERNATIONAL) AND RELATION WITH INNOVATION, TANT TO INDIVIDUAL LEVEL (INNOVATING COMPORT) AS ORGANIZATITED. In PARTICULAR, we will study as the CHARACTERISTICS AND MOTIVACTIONS OF THE COMPANDER CAN FACILIT THE EXPLORATORY LEARNING, YOUR INNOVATING COMPORTATION AND, therefore, GENERATE IN THE ORGANISATION RESULTS OF INNOVATION._x000D_ THIS PROJECT PRETENTED TO RELATED TO LEVEL and it is our intention to make comparisons between the two countries in order to see the incipientness that cultural, economic and institutional factors may have in the relationship to be established._x000D_ we hope that the results obtained by us permit us to determine that it is not only important to the content of the press, but it is identically important as these PRACTICAS are percited by the employees. IF THEY ARE PERCEIVED IN A COHERENT WAY, WE CAN EXPECT MORE INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOUR ON THE PART OF EMPLOYEES AND, THEREFORE, BETTER INNOVATION RESULTS. WE ALSO HOPE TO SEE THAT THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ENTREPRENEUR CAN AFFECT HIS INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR AND, ULTIMATELY, THE SUCCESS IN THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROJECTS HE DEVELOPS. AND THAT IN BOTH CASES, EXPLORATORY LEARNING AND SHARING OF KNOWLEDGE CAN BE FACTORS THAT ENHANCE THESE PROCESSES. (English)
