Cilj operacije Razvoj delovnih kompetenc zaprtih oseb je omogočiti zaprtim osebam, da pridobijo formalno izobrazbo za različne stopnje šolske izobrazbe in sicer: pridobitev strokovne in poklicne izobrazbe na ravni nižjega (nižja poklicna šola), srednjega poklicnega (srednja poklicna šola), srednjega (srednja tehniška in druge srednje strokovne šole) in tudi višjega izobraževanja (višja strokovna šola). Poleg pridobitve formalne izobrazbe je cilj tudi omogočiti zaprtim osebam, da pridobijo znanja in spretnosti za poklice, ki omogočajo zaposlitev po prestani kazni in tako zagotovijo osebno eksistenco brez socialnih pomoči. The objective of the operation Developing the working competences of closed persons is to enable closed persons to obtain formal education for different levels of school education, namely: obtaining professional and vocational education at the lower level (lower vocational school), secondary vocational (secondary vocational school), secondary (secondary technical and other secondary vocational schools) and higher education (higher vocational school). In addition to obtaining formal education, the aim is also to enable imprisoned persons to acquire skills for occupations that allow employment after sentences, thus ensuring personal existence without social assistance.
