Obiectivul general al proiectului vizeaza facilitarea tranzitiei de la educatie la piata fortei de munca pentru cel putin 322 de studenti inmatriculati in sistemul de invatamant superior ( ISCED 6 si 7), cu domiciliul in regiuni mai putin dezvoltate ale Romaniei, prin instituirea unui sistem functional de stagii de practica si programe de invatare la locul de munca realizate preponderent la potentiali angajatori care isi desfasoara activitatea in sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si/sau domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Ceccar propune prezentul proiect ca parte din Strategia sa de facilitare a acesului studentilor la profesia contabila care a fost gandita pe 3 Piloni principali: PIlonul 1 - din care fac parte Centre de stagii Ceccar + Institutii de invatamant superior din judetele arondate catre Pilonul 1 ( tabelul atasat ) + Studenti cu domiciliul in Reg. mai putin dezv. ale Ro. inmatriculati in aceste Facultati + Studenti cu domiciliul in Reg. mai putin dezv. ale Ro. arondate Pilonului1 dar inmatriculati in Facultati din Buc-IF Pilonul 2 Centre de stagii Ceccar + Institutii de invatamant superior din judetele arondate catre Pilonul 2 ( tabelul atasat ) + Studenti cu domiciliul in Reg. mai putin dezv. ale Ro. inmatriculati in aceste Facultati + Studenti cu domiciliul in Reg. mai putin dezv. ale Ro. arondate Pilonului1 inmatriculati in Facultati din Buc-IF Pilonul 3 Toate Centrele de stagii Ceccar + Institutii de invatamant superior din judetele arondate catre Pilonul 1 si 2 + Studenti cu domiciliul in Regiunea dezvoltata al Romaniei Buc-IF PIlonul 1 si Pilonul 2 sunt propuse spre finantare in cadrul Apelului POCU 6.13 fiind complementare a arii de interventie iar Pilonul 3 care cuprinde studenti neeligibili pentru POCU cu domiciliul din Regiunea Bucuresti Ilfov ramane un proiect intern finantat din resurse proprii pentru a pilota tot teritoriul national astfel incat la sfarsitul implementarii proiectelor finantate POCU sa existe finalizata o Metodologie coerenta agreata cu marii jucatori din piata de formare academica acreditata in domeniul economic si de care sa beneficieze studentii indiferent de domiciliu si dupa epuizarea finantarii nerambursabile.Noile Programe si Metodologii vor fi implementate si dupa proiect. Chiar Ob general al proiectul isi propune durabilitatea rez. Astfel in proiectul ACCES - facilitarea accesului catre profesiile contabile prin crearea unui sistem functional de stagii de practica - Pilonul I sunt vizati Institutii de invatamant superior din Municipiul Bucureşti si Judeţele: Ilfov,Alba,Brasov,Covasna,Harghita,Mures , Sibiu,Botosani,Neamt,Suceava,Vaslui,Dimbovita,Ialomita,Teleorman,Buzau,Constanta,Dolj,Gorj,Mehedinti,Olt,Hunedoara si Studenti cu domiciliul in Regiunile mai putin dezvoltate ale Romaniei inmatriculati in aceste Facultati precum cu domiciliul in Regiunile mai putin dezvoltate ale Romanie inmatriculati in Facultati din Buc-IF Proiectul e (Romanian)

The general objective of the project aims to facilitate the transition from education to the labor market for at least 322 students registered in the higher education system (ISCED 6 and 7), residing in less developed regions of Romania, by establishing a functional system of internships and work-based learning programs carried out mainly at potential employers who carry out their activity in economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and/or the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. CECCAR proposes this project as part of its Strategy to facilitate students’ access to the accounting profession that was thought out on 3 Main Pilons: Pillar 1 – including Ceccar Traineeship Centres + Higher Education Institutions in the counties of Pillar 1 (attached table) + Students domiciled in Reg. less reveal of Ro. registered in these faculties + Students domiciled in Reg. less unv. of Ro. arrondate to Pillar1 but registered in the Facultys of Buc-IF Pillar 2 Centres of internships Ceccar + Higher Education Institutions in the counties posted to Pillar 2 (attached table) + Students domiciled in Reg. less reveal of Ro. registered in these faculties + Students domiciled in Reg. less reveal of Ro. Pillar 1 registered in the Faculty of Bucharest Pillar 3 All Ceccar Traineeship Centres + Higher Education Institutions from the 1st and 2nd Pillars + Students residing in the developed Region of Romania Buc-IF pillar 1 and Pillar 2 are proposed for funding within the POCU Call 6.13 being complementary to intervention areas and Pillar 3 comprising ineligible students for POCU residing in Bucharest Ilfov Region remains an internal project financed from own resources to pilot the entire national territory so that at the end of the implementation of the funded projects POCU will be completed a coherent Methodology agreed with the major players from the market of accredited academic training in the economic field and benefit students regardless of their home and after exhaustion of non-reimbursable funding. The new Programs and Methodologies will be implemented after the project. Even the General Ob of the project aims to sustain the sustainability of the project. Thus, in the ACCES project – facilitating access to accounting professions by creating a functional system of internships – Pillar I are targeted at higher education institutions in Bucharest and County: Ilfov, Alba, Brasov, Covasna, Harghita, Murghita, Sibiu, Botosani, Neamt, Suceava, Vaslui, Dimbovita, Ialomita, Teleorman, Buuzau, Constanta, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinti, Olt,Hunedoara and Students residing in the less developed regions of Romania registered in these faculties as residing in the less developed regions of Romania registered in the Facultys of Buc-IF Project e (English)
