Es clara la necesidad de ir adquiriendo las infraestructuras instrumentales que permitan el desarrollo y consolidación de los centros dedicados a la investigación, entre las que se encuentra el recién creado Instituto de Investigación e Innovación en Biomedicina de Cádiz (INIBICA), que permitan la realización de los proyectos de los Investigadores que en él trabajan. La presente solicitud se enmarca en este apartado. El citómetro de flujo ¿Cell-sorter¿ es un equipamiento esencial para muchos grupos de investigación que ya están consolidados y otros que se han incorporado recientemente. El equipo que se solicita debe ser de fácil uso y mínimo mantenimiento, permitiendo así su utilización por el usuario sin necesidad de la supervisión continua del responsable del mismo. _x000D_ El uso del citómetro de flujo ¿Cell-sorter¿ estaría abierta a disposición todos los investigadores de los todos los centros de investigación de Cádiz y otros centros de organismos públicos y privados de la provincia, que desarrollen su actividad en el campo de la I+D+i en salud. El objetivo de esta acción es corregir el desfase actual de Cádiz, en términos de producción científica y generación de innovaciones en salud, respecto a otras provincias. Esta actividad contribuiría a aumentar las capacidades para desarrollar I+D+i de excelencia de forma cooperativa entre la Universidad, Centros Sanitarios y empresas, contribuyendo a la vez a la creación de empleo ligado a la generación y explotación del conocimiento. The need to provide / renovate the instrumental infrastructure that allows the development and consolidation of centers dedicated to research is clear. That is the case of the recently created Institute of Research and Innovation in Biomedicine of Cádiz (INIBICA). The present request is framed in this section. The "sorter" flow cytometer is an essential equipment for many research groups that are already consolidated and others that have recently joined. The equipment requested must be easy to use and minimal maintenance, allowing its use by the user without the need for continuous supervision of a technician._x000D_ The use of the "sorter" flow cytometer would be open to all researchers from all the research centers in Cádiz and other centers of public and private organizations in the province, who carry out their activity in the field of R+D+ i in health. The objective of this action is to correct the current gap in Cádiz, in terms of scientific production and generation of innovations in health, compared to other provinces. This activity would contribute to increase the capacities to develop R+D+i of excellence in a cooperative way between the University, Health Centers and companies, contributing at the same time to the creation of employment linked to the generation and exploitation of knowledge.
