    OG. Dezvoltarea competentelor manageriale a 520 persoane care asigura managementul strategic, angajati din domeniul resurselor umane si antreprenori din intreprinderile din regiunea Sud-Est, prin participarea acestora la programe de formare specifice, precum si sprijinirea a 60 de intreprinderi in dezvoltarea si implementarea strategiilor si instrumentelor de management in vederea adaptarii activitatii la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv sau domeniilor de specializare inteligenta. Proiectul, prin modelul propus de dezvoltare a unor competente in domeniul managementului strategic, al resurselor umane cat si al antreprenoriatului, propune instrumente necesare si viabile pentru implementarea conceptelor de management strategic si antreprenoriat, in scopul imbunatatirii capacitatii de adaptare a lucratorilor, intreprinderilor si antreprenorilor la schimbarile generate de dinamica pietei, contribuind astfel la asumarea de catre beneficiar a unui rol socio-economic activ in procesul de adaptare a activitatii la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential comptetitiv identificate conform SNC/domeniilor de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI in regiunea SE, cat si la realizarea Obiectivului tematic 8: Promovarea unei ocupari sustenabile și de calitate a fortei de munca și sprijinirea mobilității fortei de munca, al AP 3: Axa prioritară 3: Locuri de muncă pentru toţi. Obiectivul general al proiectului contribuie la realizarea obiectivului major POCU de dezvoltare a resurselor umane prin cresterea accesului la un sistem de educatie si formare profesionala de calitate si stimularea ocuparii, inclusiv a ocuparii pe cont propriu, dar si la obiectivul specific POCU 3.8 privind cresterea numarului de angajati care beneficiaza de instrumente, metode, practici standard de management al resurselor umane si de conditii de lucru imbunatatite in vederea adaptarii activitatii la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC/domeniilor de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Efectele pozitive pe termen lung ale proiectului constau in: cresterea competentelor a 320 de manageri, dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale a 80 de antreprenori, a 120 de angajati din domeniul resurselor umane; sustinerea a 60 de intreprinderi din care 54 IMM –uri in implementarea strategiilor si instrumentelor de management strategic din regiunea de dezvoltare Sud‐Est in vederea adaptarii la schimbare; cresterea numarului de angajati care beneficiaza de instrumente moderne, inovatoare de management cat si de conditii de munca imbunatatite; contributia la reducerea disparitatilor regionale si teritoriale in ceea ce priveste ocuparea fortei de munca, cu atat mai mult cu cat analiza nevoilor grupului tinta la nivelul regiunii Sud‐Est a relevat disparitati semnificative fata de restul regiunilor tarii; contributia la imbunatatirea adaptarii intreprinderilor si de dezvoltare a fortei de munca cu nevoile in schimbare al (Romanian)

    OG. OG. Development of managerial skills of 520 persons who provide strategic management, human resources employees and entrepreneurs from enterprises in the South-East region, through their participation in specific training programs, as well as supporting 60 enterprises in the development and implementation of management strategies and tools in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential or smart specialisation fields. The project, through the proposed model of developing competences in the field of strategic management, human resources and entrepreneurship, proposes necessary and viable instruments for the implementation of the concepts of strategic management and entrepreneurship, in order to improve the ability of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to adapt to the changes generated by market dynamics, thus contributing to the beneficiary’s assumption of an active socio-economic role in the process of adapting the activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitiveness identified according to the NCNS/SNCDI areas of intelligent specialisation in the SE region, as well as to the achievement of the thematic objective 8: Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility, PA 3: Priority axis 3: Jobs for all. The general objective of the project contributes to the achievement of POCU’s major objective of human resources development by increasing access to a quality education and training system and stimulating employment, including self-employment, but also to POCU 3.8 specific objective on increasing the number of employees benefiting from tools, methods, standard human resources management practices and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC/SNCDI fields of intelligent specialisation. The long-term positive effects of the project consist of: increasing the skills of 320 managers, developing entrepreneurial skills of 80 entrepreneurs, 120 employees in the field of human resources; supporting 60 enterprises of which 54 SMEs in implementing strategic management strategies and tools in the South-East development region in order to adapt to change; increasing the number of employees benefiting from modern, innovative management tools and improved working conditions; contributing to the reduction of regional and territorial disparities in employment, especially since the analysis of the needs of the target group at the level of the South-East region revealed significant disparities compared to the rest of the country’s regions; contributing to improving the adaptation of enterprises and developing the workforce with the changing needs of (English)
