Hlavným cieľom projektu je zníženie spotreby energie pri prevádzke verejnej budovy – Obecného úradu v obci Víťaz prostredníctvom realizácie optimálnej kombinácie vybraných opatrení.Predmetom projektu je komplexné zateplenie budovy obecného úradu (zateplenie fasády, strešného plášťa, podláh prízemia a výmenu otvorových konštrukcií). Projekt tiež rieši výmenu zdroja tepla a rekonštrukciu vykurovacej sústavy. Hlavný zdroj tepla je navrhnutý zdroj tepla elektrický – tepelné čerpadlo vzduch-voda, využívajúci obnoviteľné zdroje energie. Pre zabezpečenie efektívneho riešenia vetrania v kanceláriách budú slúžiť jednoizbové rekuperátory s účinnosťou min. 90%. Budovu OcÚ budú môcť využívať aj osoby s obmedzenou schopnosťou pohybu zabezpečením bezbariérového prístupu pomocou pásového schodolezu.Výsledok projektu - realizáciou projektu dôjde k výraznému vylepšeniu teplotechnických a úžitkových vlastností objektu. Budova sa vplyvom realizácie projektu dostane v rámci celkovej energetickej spotreby do kategórie A ako nízkoenergetická budova a dosiahne sa zníženie energie na vykurovanie až o 82,9 %. Ročná úspora nákladov tak bude predstavovať sumu 2.471,70 EUR. Projekt tiež prispeje k ochrane životného prostredia znížením emisií CO2. (Slovak)

The main objective of the project is to reduce energy consumption during the operation of the public building – Municipal Office in the village of Víťaz through the implementation of the optimal combination of selected measures. The subject of the project is the comprehensive insulation of the building of the municipal office (insulation of the facade, roof covering, floor floors of the ground floor and replacement of open structures). The project also addresses the exchange of heat source and the reconstruction of the heating system. The main heat source is the designed electric heat source – air-to-water heat pump, using renewable energy sources. One-room recuperators with an efficiency of at least 90 % will serve to ensure efficient ventilation solutions in offices. The OcÚ building will also be able to use persons with limited mobility by ensuring barrier-free access using a belt staircase.The result of the project – the project implementation will significantly improve the thermal and utility properties of the building. As a result of the implementation of the project, the building will fall into Category A as a low-energy building and a reduction of up to 82.9 % in heating energy will be achieved. The annual cost savings will thus amount to EUR 2471.70. The project will also contribute to the protection of the environment by reducing CO2 emissions. (English)
