Obiectivul general al Proiectului ,, Extinderea si reabilitarea infrastructurii de apa si apa uzata in judetul Hunedoara” îl reprezintă îmbunătăţirea infrastructurii în sectorul de apă si apa uzata in aglomerarile Deva, Hunedoara, Brad, Calan, Hateg si Simeria. Proiectul are ca scop realizarea de investitii in extinderea/reabilitarea infrastructurii de apa potabila si in infrastructura de colectare si epurare a apelor uzate, dupa cum urmeaza: - Alimentare cu apa: construire/reabilitare statii de tratare apa,a rezervoarelor de inmagazinare a apei, a statiilor de clorare si a statiilor de pompare, precum si construirea/reabilitarea conductelor principale si de distributie apa potabila cu toate constructiile accesorii-camine de vane si bransamente; - Apa uzata: construire/reabilitare statii de epurare ape uzate si construire/reabilitare retele de canalizare menajera cu constructii accesorii- statii de pompare apa uzata, camine de vizitare si racorduri. Descrierea tehnica a investitiilor in infrastructura de apa si apa uzata: - Reabilitare Staţie Tratare Apa Potabila Orlea şi aductiune de apă potabilă pentru Haţeg, Călan, Simeria, Deva şi alte 14 localităţi rurale deservite de aductiune; - Reabilitare rezervoare de inmagazinare, extindere/reabilitare aductiuni si reţele de distribuţie, precum şi extinderea/reabilitarea sistemului de colectare a apelor uzate şi reconstrucţia de staţii de epurare a apelor uzate în aglomerarile cu mai mult de 10.000 l.e. – Deva si Hunedoara; - Construire rezervoare de inmagazinare, extindere/reabilitare aductiuni si reţele de distribuţie, precum şi extinderea/reabilitarea sistemului de colectare a apelor uzate şi construcţie staţie de epurare a apelor uzate în aglomerarea Calan cu populatie echivalenta intre 2.000 - 10.000 l.e.; - Reabilitare sursa si Staţie de Tratare Apa Potabila Brad, reabilitare aductiuni, extindere/reabilitare reţele distribuţie, precum şi extinderea/reabilitarea sistemului de colectare a apelor uzate în aglomerarea Brad cu populatie echivalenta intre 2.000 - 10.000 l.e.; - Reabilitare rezervoare de inmagazinare, extindere/reabilitare aductiuni si reţele de distribuţie, precum şi extinderea/reabilitarea sistemului de colectare a apelor uzate şi reconstrucţia de staţii de epurare a apelor uzate în aglomerarile cu populatie echivalenta intre 2.000 - 10.000 l.e.- Hateg si Simeria; Componentele Proiectului: - 10 Contracte de lucrari pentru extinderea si reabilitarea infrastructurii de tratare, inmagazinare si distributie a apei potabile si a infrastructurii de colectare si epurare a apelor uzate in aglomerarile Proiectului; - 3 Contracte de servicii: Asistenta Tehnica pentru Managementul Proiectului si pentru Supervizarea Lucrarilor, precum si servicii pentru Auditul Independent al Proiectului. The general objective of the Project, the extension and rehabilitation of the water and wastewater infrastructure in Hunedoara County" is to improve the infrastructure in the water and wastewater sector in the agglomerations Deva, Hunedoara, Brad, Calan, Hateg and Simeria. The project aims to make investments in the extension/rehabilitation of drinking water infrastructure and in waste water collection and treatment infrastructure, as follows: Water supply: construction/rehabilitation of the water treatment plant, water storage tanks, chloration stations and pumping stations, as well as construction/rehabilitation of main pipes and distribution of drinking water with all constructions of valve-camines and branchings; Wastewater: construction/rehabilitation of wastewater treatment plant and construction/rehabilitation of domestic sewage networks with construction accessories – wastewater pumping stations, visiting rooms and connections. Technical description of investments in water and wastewater infrastructure: Rehabilitation of Water Treatment Plant Potabila Orlea and drinking water supply for Hațeg, Călan, Simeria, Deva and 14 other rural localities served by the aduction; — Rehabilitation of storage tanks, extension/rehabilitation of inputs and distribution networks, as well as extension/rehabilitation of waste water collection system and reconstruction of waste water treatment plants in agglomerations with more than 10,000 p.e. – Deva si Hunedoara; — Construction of storage tanks, extension/rehabilitation of inputs and distribution networks, as well as extension/rehabilitation of the waste water collection system and construction of waste water treatment plant in Calan agglomeration with population equivalent between 2,000-10,000 p.e.; — Rehabilitation of the source and treatment plant of Brad Potable Water, rehabilitation of inputs, extension/rehabilitation of distribution networks, as well as extension/rehabilitation of the waste water collection system in Brad agglomeration with equivalent population between 2,000-10.000 p.e.; — Rehabilitation of storage tanks, extension/rehabilitation of inputs and distribution networks, as well as extension/rehabilitation of waste water collection system and reconstruction of waste water treatment plants in agglomerations with population equivalent between 2,000-10.000 p.e.- Hateg and Simeria; Project Components: — 10 Work contracts for the extension and rehabilitation of the infrastructure for treatment, storage and distribution of drinking water and of the waste water collection and treatment infrastructure in the agglomerations of the Project; 3 Service contracts: Technical Assistance for Project Management and Works Supervision, as well as services for Independent Project Audit.
